"Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets."

"Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but...

"Lovely property; seemed like we were in the country but only minutes from shopping and main routes. The place was outfitted with everything imaginable, like baggies, tea, coffee and SO many things. They even had a dishwasher and great water pressure in the shower. I've never stayed in a place where the owner outfitted things so completely! Great host!! Hope we can stay again to visit our son."

"We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here."

"Cute, clean and perfect location! My 24 yr old was ready to move in permanently :) The decor was great and the kitchen to die for! Thanks for the snacks and the comfy beds! We enjoyed every minute! Great neighborhood too."

"Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value."

"What a wonderful little place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls! It was a beautiful little apartment that was perfect for my service dog and I. It was less than a 5minute drive to the attractions. Plus, there was a beautiful dog park very close. The WiFi information was wrong, but the owner fixed that right away! It was clean and mostly peaceful. The road outside was loud during the day, but I wasn’t there much so it didn’t disturb me. I do wish there had been a kuerig for me to make my...

"The carriage house was a great place for my family and I to spend our trip to Buffalo. The property is located close to the heart of the city and it was really easy to get to the attractions we wanted to visit. The house itself was neat and clean and fit our needs well. Claudia was welcoming and very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
