Suggest researching the turn off if arriving in the dark, as it's not too easy to spot until you know it. "Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. Wir fahren...

"Sehr schönes und praktisch aufgeteiltes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten, tollem Pool (Wetter war allerdings zu kalt zum Baden) und zwei süßen Schafen nebenan ;-). Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat uns bei der Ankunft mit einem bereits gefüllten Kühlschrank überrascht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erfolgte sehr freundlich und problemlos über WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items...

"The house was great. perfect for relaxing around the swimming pool, terrasse and BBQ. fantastic views of Palma. the area is beautiful but rather far from the center. highly recommend renting a car as the taxi service in Palma is constantly saturated."

"We had such a great time in Claudia’s house. The house is very spacious and with a lot of nice details giving it a fantastic and unique character. Spending the afternoons at the pool with the view over the mountains felt truly amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also an outside kitchen that we enjoyed a lot. Nearby is the village of Pollenca which is also very cute and that has a great food market every Sunday morning."

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Der Pool ist richtig schön groß (10x5m) und der Garten groß und schön gepflegt. Es ist ein altes Haus, dass schon vor einigen Jahren renoviert wurde. Aber alles ist ordentlich hergerichtet und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem... Die Villa liegt absolut ruhig, aber nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Pollensa entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Fußweg nach Pollensa. Man kommuniziert wirklich mit den Besitzern, einer sehr netten jungen Familie."

"Wow, we simply loved every minute of our stay. The villa is stunning and every where you turn there is more incredible artwork/ sculptures. The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped for six adults. We loved having all our meals out on the terrace over looking the pool. It was such a comfortable stay and none of us wanted to come home. Great location so easy to walk into Pollensa and easy to get the buses to the beaches and Palma. Would love to come and back again. Thank you...
