"This was a nicely furnished ground level apartment in a home located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. At night the loudest sounds came from the spring peepers in the wetlands at the bottom of the road! The host was very friendly and responsive. Lots of room in the apartment which even had its own patio. Great for a small group or family- even the pet can come!"

"This was one of the most amazing rental properties we have ever stayed at. The unit had the most appliances, accessories and even spices that we have ever seen. Little details like extra bathroom supplies and even treats. Joanna, the host was fantastic to deal with and the property was just plain amazing. "Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time."

"The checkin was the only confusing part as we didnt realize which part of the house to enter and one of the residents was confused why we were driving into the driveway. However, after we got settled in, the downstairs portion of the house we were in was very clean and well furnished for us. We really enjoyed it, and the location for Salem was fantastic. Only a few minutes away from downtown."

"Condo sized perfectly for a family right in Boston with easy T access to all tourist locations throughout the city. We stayed in March 2024, and the issues in earlier comments highlighting heating issues or lack of soap had all been resolved and were not an issue, at least on our stay. Hosts were very responsive. No concerns and would stay again on another trip to Boston."
