"I loved my stay in this super comfortable super cute house it is in a very good area my family and I had a lot of fun on the small lake outside the house everything very clean inside the house the fridge was dirty the stove the bathrooms that for me is the most important thing were not properly clean it lacked a little more care when it comes to interior cleaning but everything else super cozy and fun"

"We drove up to very welcoming two story tri-plex with an 8 car parkway ! Open the front door with the code provided and was pleased to see a large game room with a commercial Air Hockey table, pool table , and an Old fashion Arcade for two players ! Once we walked through the game room it opened up to a beautiful outside tiki bar, gazebo and a refreshing pool! They have everything you need for beach , and for your stay !! The apartments are all connected and gives you your personal space yet...

"We came into town for a wedding in Cocoa Beach and we’re so fortunate to have found the perfect place to stay. This house is surrounded by all the conveniences you need and was clean and well appointed. We had the best time with all the amenities, kayaking, fishing, sunbathing, and we saw tons of sea life, We were able to to communicate with the hosts easily, which made our stay very comfortable. The condition had gone out before we got there and they had it fixed within an hour of us notifying...

"it is so charming and what was once a private residence was divided into different cottages with use of common areas. really liked it and i was happy to not be in a hotel with noisy guests other people but quiet would reccomend this place. was relaxing"

"The pool had debris in the bottom of the pool that needed cleaning. I grabbed the net to try to get some of it out but the net had a hole in it. I only went in the pool once. The sink in the main bathroom drains very slowly. Should be addressed before it is totally clogged up."

"Great property. Plenty to do for all within the home. Enjoyed the game room, it’s the garage but doesn’t feel like it with the AC and all. Had all beach supplies, short easy walk to the beach too. Plenty of space to spread out. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone."

"Place was clean and quiet. The guests in the rental next to us came and sat with us at the fire. When it started to rain we all sat in the kitchen/screen porch. A short walk to stores and places to eat as well. Only thing I would suggest is to maybe put a number or even a metal wall decoration on the doors so we can find the right doors easier. Thank you again. Oh and the snacks were a great touch."

"Handy location to the beach and local restaurants/ bars. Backyard tiki bar and fire pit are a nice touch! Everything that I needed was provided in the kitchenette, along with beach towels and chairs. Communication was very prompt and when I was having cell phone issues everything was handled by email. Great spot!"

"This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach...
