"Beautiful secluded property and views of the ocean, old vineyard and canyon. It was so wonderful to come home from the hustle and bustle of Malibu each day to our little oasis. Sitting on the porch with a glass of wine and enjoying the sunset was sublime. Robin was a wonderful, responsive host. We would definitely come back again!"

"Alpine Ranch is wonderful! Clean, quiet, peaceful, everything you could want is provided. Very cozy, comfortable retreat. Lots of birds in a beautiful oak grove, best place for a morning coffee. Excellent location for exploring wine country. We had a wonderful time - definitely coming back. Caroline is an awesome host! Always quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. "Susan did such an amazing job helping us get settled in. We were visiting for my mother in laws 73rd birthday, the house was perfect for the family. We all fit with more than enough space and there were a lot of great touches that made the stay even more perfect. The property itself is beyond gorgeous and theres so many awesome farm pals around to visit! I would highly recommend this space for anyone to visit!"

"We stayed here for four days as a family getaway. There was 15 of us ages 0 to 75. We do this once a year using vrbo in various locations and this was one of our favorites. It was a wonderful place with close shopping and family activities. Great hikes around the area and restaurants. The house itself was spectacular. Pool was great, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for our family of 15. Favorite part was the front porch for sure. I would highly recommend for any one...

"Minutes from shopping and restaurants in kernville and secluded enough to enjoy the silence. The cedar hot tub over looking the horse pasture was fun. The place was well stocked with everything we needed and the host was very responsive. With family living close by we will be staying again."

"This house was absolutely perfect for our corporate retreat! The booking, checking in, checking out, closing process was all incredibly easy. The team was very friendly and easy to work with at Birdsong. The house... absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could want in a beautiful getaway. Pool, spas, firepit, games... the beds were ridiculously comfy, the kitchen well stocked with equipment- I never wanted to leave! There was plenty to do and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The views were enjoyed with morning coffee and afternoon sunshine. All the beds were comfortable. The house was right for the 46 and easy to get to. Sam was responsive with all messages leading up to, and on, the trip. Definitely keeping this home bookmarked for future stays!"

"So distant family came together to celebrate Christmas over the New Year holiday. This place was perfect for the occasion. Plenty of room, utensils, blankets, towels and seating. Alot of different areas to kickback in. Great place to have a wedding(if they did weddings). Only thing they need is more chalk for the pool table. Finally found one small piece out in garage after looking for awhile. Five stars!"
