"The location was brilliant just around the corner from Star Beachboys surfboard hire and 2 short blocks from the main beach (Canoes- where the Duke Kahanamoku statue is). We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. But there was a 24 hour security desk to get help. The building and elevator were a bit tired (the apt is 12 stories up on the top floor). The bed was a queen...

"The hotel is good but the room we get has to many problems on the bathroom, The shower is very small and with very little water pressure it is very difficult to take showers, the sink was plugged and they took more the two days to fix it. we found out have cockroaches. The fridge was not working good. They don’t have service of recollection of garbage so we have to take care of it"

"It’s close to the conference center, where we were exhibiting. It’s essentially a large studio with full kitchen. It all feels a bit run down (my shower head just wouldn’t stay up, older towels, saggy mattress, curtains that don’t fully close, could use a better paint job). There’s plenty of things in cupboards (I assume leftover shower stuff, beach things) that are greet to have. It was great value for the time I was there so I’d likely book again."

"Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!"

"Condo just as pictured and very convenient to Waikiki (right across the street from the entrance to the International Marketplace). We were two couples but the one bedroom with twin beds wasn’t a huge issue. It was nice to have two full baths. When we arrived there was no toilet paper which I’m sure just was an oversight of the cleaning crew… lots of stores close by so we did a quick shopping trip! "Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated.
