"Be careful with Locale. They didn’t respect our booking, blaming Expedia for double booking. The people at the call center is rude, unhelpful and they don’t bother to give a solution. We found out at the check in and had to find a place to stay. "

"The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. "Frequent traveler (over 50 nights a year). Terrible experience, No hot water for the 3 days on my stay, after contacting them, a technician was sent twice and a few hours before check out they said technician couldn't find an issue and ovoid and compensation. I asked for reservation to be canceled and the kept delaying a reply to the last minute. Overall fell very dishonest. Also small worms were coming out of the shower with the cold water. On the bathroom its moldy and there is no sound...

"My husband and I had a wonderful time in the downtown area. Our host was wonderful and very timely in answering any questions. While we weren’t in the apartment a ton, we did enjoy the quiet and cozy accommodations. My only suggestions to the owner would be to have a keypad for the door instead of a lockbox, and a more comfy couch/sitting area. It would have been nice to lounge in the living area and watch tv without feeling the couch springs. Overall, a recommended place to stay. Easy access...

"Good: Excellent communication-Charles was quick to respond if we had questions. Convenient location-we we’re at MD Anderson and it took us less than 5mins to get there each day. Space as described Bad: Bathtub seal does not hold water well, and hot water runs out before tub is 1/2 full. Dogs barking late at night Loud drilling sound off and on all day/night, only audible in bedroom. Possibly a/c unit? Or from the unit next door? Exit gate was not working the first morning we left, BUT...
