"It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests."

"We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

"L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont sympas et souples sur les horaires d’arrivée car avec le train nous arrivions à 22:30 mais cela n’a pas posé de problème. Seule chose à faire attention les escaliers pour monter à la mezzanine ne sont pas fait pour tout le monde. Mais pour nous tout était bien."

"Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes...

"Gorgeous and spacious sanctuary in the heart of the Marais. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door, but a fully equipped kitchen if you want a night in. Two full baths also a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would give ten stars if I could!"

"Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille avec deux enfants de 5 et 10 ans. Nous avons apprécié la propreté. Le métro est vraiment en bas de l’appartement. Très bien agencé. Il n’y a qu’une table basse mais cela n’était pas important pour nous. Les deux seuls point négatifs qui seront probablement améliorés rapidement : le manque de rideau occultant et peu de vaisselle. "Amplio, muy luminoso, silencioso. Bien completo. La dueña es una persona amable. Quizás la "única crítica" podría ser que yo sacaría las fotos personales que hay por toda la propiedad, lo haría más impersonal. Muchas veces ver fotos de las personas que habitan dicho lugar habitualmente (lo que parece es así en este caso) no es muy agradable . Volvería a alquilarlo desde ya👍"

"Recomiendo el apartamento, eso si, es para 2 personas, nosotros fuimos 3 y el sofá era muy incomodo, tiramos las colchonetas al suelo, pero eran muy estrechas. La cama grande muy cómoda, el baño perfecto, todo limpio y acogedor. Eso si, hay que subir 5 pisos de escaleras menos mal que salíamos por la mañana y no volvíamos hasta la noche. Las vistas ideales y con un montón de restaurantes para poder elegir."

Getting the keys was difficult but the property management was helpful via email and responded promptly on a Friday evening. I would definitely stay here again."

"My family and I spent six nights at the apartment. The last night the folding sofa broke down and the owner blamed us for the damage and hold the deposit. As we explained to him, we did a completely normal use of the folding sofa and actually suffered its malfunction, but all our explanations were useless. A month later, he has had the sofa repaired with our money, but we haven’t seen any receipt justifying the amounts charged, nor technical report explaining the reasons why the sofa broke...

"Very nicely presented/decorated. Extremely comfortable beds, good pillows, fluffy towels. Fantastic location, really near great restaurants/shops/metro, market (Sunday & Weds), 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower, 20 min walk to Batobus. 15 min walk to Invallides. 30/40mins from Gare du Nord. La Boulangerie at 10 Rue du Laos is amazing!! Even though the immediate neighbourhood is vibrant and lively the apartment is very quiet!
