"The property is way below standard and should not be deemed fit to stay in. It was so bad that i booked another hotel as i would not subject myself to stay in that hovel. They refused to refund me but i was better off losing my payment that squating there"

"We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Location for ease of transportation system excellent. Neighborhood attractive , bottles of water in refrigerator, adequate bedding, portable fan. Negatives Steep stairs down , dryer didn’t work , garbage disposal didn’t work…resulting in odor . Clothes wet for 3 days had to dry on chairs with fan. No response for several days."

AJ and her family are really nice and they are availeable in every moment and ready to help. Pinner is really nice to stay for a weekend. Next time I go to London, i'd definetely stay here."

"This is the perfect property to make as your home base to explore London. The train is a short walk away and links you to the underground or other trains. The neighborhood was quiet. A small grocery store was close. The property was clean and the owners responsive. We enjoyed our visit!"

"This house was perfect for our family of 6. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for what we needed. The walk to the tube stop is short, and the neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to most tourist locations from the Harlesden stop. There are a couple little grocery store/markets next to the tube, so everything we needed was easy to walk to (~5 min walk) We'd definitely stay here again"

"We arrived to this charming neighborhood a bit early before our check-in time. The host allowed us to drop our bags until cleaning was complete. It gave us a couple of hours to wander around and explore the neighborhood. There are lots of charming restaurants, shops and a park all within walking distance.
