"Clean and safe! Those are always my top priorities and this place delivered on both. My family needed a convenient place to stay to deal with a last minute family emergency and the last thing I needed was added stress. Robert’s place was no stress at all! "Great and quiet location. Easy access to public transportation. The place is clean, communication with manager is easy and prompt. I'd suggest a little more warmth to the home, such as rugs, mirrors, plants as well as more hangers and benches in the bedrooms so we can place clothes and miscellaneous stuff at an easy reach! Also, the description says there's a futon couch in the living room, but actually it is just a sectional couch with unremovable cushions, which isn't perfect for comfort....

"When we first got to property I wasn’t too sure if we were in the right place. We arrived late at night and it took some time to find the side path to the studio, but once we found it and went in it was just as the pictures show, so cute and cozy and the owner let us an apple pie which was an amazing surprise. I was there to pick up my daughter from her first year at CAL and it was close to her dorm. I will definitely be staying there again when we move her back I the fall."

"The house is perfect for what advertisers to be. It is a good basic apartment with all the necessary appliances. Two things for a guest to be aware of. There is very limited cookware. If you like to cook you could find yourself short some necessary pieces. Also the shower has a very slippery floor - be careful. But overall I was very happy with the accommodation."

"The communication with the host in regards to the property and check in was excellent. The property was centrally located. I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out. Outdoor patio was a huge bonus, which I appreciated as a lovely space to sit and get some work done on the laptop. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it."
