"This property is amazing, and spacious for a large group. I booked this beautiful home for my 40th birthday for a group of 8. The host was there at the home to great us and answer any questions we had. The concierge as help with booking round-trip airport transportation from and to the Tulum airport. I would recommend this property to my friends amd family and would book again if i ever travel back to Tulum."

"From start to finish the stay at Villa de la playa was great. Communication with the host was quick and Emilio was always there if we needed anything. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days and even though it is a rocky area in front of the house, the ocean was amazing. A great area for snorkeling. There are iguanas that live in the rocks next to the pool and they come out to visit while you are sitting outside, definitely fun for the kids....

"We just had the most amazing stay at Colleen and Nora's place in Puerto Morelos! The house had everything we needed for our family of five, including the best weather! How they arranged that, I'll never know. We were travelling with three children (12, 10, 8). We were delayed by two hours, but Nora graciously waited for us to arrive to give us an introductory house tour. "We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de las Conchas. We have stayed at Akumal Sur before and love the little "private" beach. Even though there were high winds the week we stayed, we still enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking in the bay. The pool was wonderful and we used all of the seating areas on the beach and pool area, especially the hammocks and palapa lounges. Kim easy to contact and quick to reply.
