"This was our first time in the Cape Ann area, and we sure did choose wisely on renting this home. The owners did a phenomenal job remodeling this home. It is extremely well appointed, and the attention to details was great. It really was a 5 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach where we took some amazing pics including a spectacular sunrise. The home was convenient to everything we wanted to do and all the restaurants. We absolutely will stay here again, and think you should too."

"After reading all the reviews, I arrived with weighty wondering at the opportunity to clearly discover - who am I? The grateful admirers or the snooty complainers? I loved it. It felt like stepping back in time to a family property untouched by time and years, it reminded me so much of a family property I grew up going to each summer that so comfortingly stayed the same as life changed. The view of the water and wildflowers surrounding are absolutely breathtaking. Peaceful places to sit indoors...

"We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. It was a quick walk to the beach and quiet and peaceful at night. It's a smaller space with tight parking, but not a problem if you drive a smaller passenger vehicle and are under 6' 😉 Janet did a great job decorating the place and organizing a small area. It has a very cool architectural mix of an asian vibe and being on a boat, minimalist but has everything you need. "The cottage was a perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting New England! Chris was very easy to communicate with and gave outstanding recommendations on places to go and see. The cottage is older, with some history, just like the surrounding areas. After battling the traffic in Boston and Salem, we loved the ability to come back to our private cottage on the hill and just relax. We enjoyed the stay and area and will definitely be back again."

"The location of this cute cottage cannot be beat - right in Dock Square between Bearskin Neck and Front Beach. The floors and ceilings are full of character, the bath and appliances are new and beautiful We loved our bedrooms with the cozy bedding (we heard no/very minimal street noise) - and my older son slept on a 'day bed' on the top floor that connects to the beautiful deck. The deck may actually be the best part - you can see Front Beach out to the ocean. I had coffee there in the mornings...
