"Everything was as stated. Movie selection was good since the Wi-Fi was not great. The only glitch was the grill. It wouldn’t start and we couldn’t find a lighter and had to hunt one down. Other than that great time!"

"The house boat was very clean and well cared for. The marina was very cute. We were able to rent a 2 person paddle boat and had a ball. The stone baked pizza and winery less than a mile away was wonderful. Best pizza we’ve ever had. The Dam Whiskey corp on the property played live music Saturday night that we could hear from the boat. Overall just a lovely experience. We hope to go back!"

"My husband, dog, and I stayed one night. We were attending a concert at the Ryman and struggled to find anything price friendly that allowed pets around Nashville. We loved our stay on the houseboat. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife in the morning. The space is small, especially the bathroom, but we have a travel trailer so it's not much different. We felt safe walking the dog late at night."

"Stayed as a group of three to relax on the river and explore Knoxville for memorial day weekend. The boat had plenty of room for us and could have even accomodated 1 or 2 more. All of the essentials were on board and instructions for bathrooms and appliances were clear. The A/C units worked surprisingly well and cooled the rooms quickly. The top deck is the best part as there is tons of space to grill, lounge, and even play cornhole. The marina is super quiet and is perfectly situated right...

"Mr Burnett never contacted us or responded to our inquiries. We attempted to get access information from him numerous times with absolutely no response. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money.
