Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the Hotel Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Concerning the night remaining to pay, your agency sent you an email the day of your check out in order to infrm that you had to pay directly with us for the last night. They have made a mistake when you modify your booking and they have refunded you one night instead of a modification, we also gave you the invoice in case you wanted to make a clame to your agency
About the cleaning not done during the last days of your stay, you informed us that you were positive to covid-19, in that condition and following the health protocols housekeeping is not allowed to enter in your room but we bring to your room clean towels and sheets.
