Càlidad de la Habitación extrema, solo comentar k el acceso al hotel al ser en una zona alta, para las vistas etc.... Tiene el acceso con coche en subidas importantes o andando unos 144 escalones para llegar arriba,merece y mucho la pena. "

"Chambre super propre, l'hôtel en général aussi, lobby avec machine a café/thé à disposition. Un parking souterrain privé est accessible une fois le check-in fait. Dans le centre de Tirana mais dans une petite ruelle, ce qui permet d'être plus au calme mais de tout faire à pied. L'accueil a été très professionnel et agréable. La literie est super confortable ! Tout était super !"

"We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — just about 10 minutes from the city center, which made getting around super easy. The view from our room was lovely, offering a charming look over the city. The room itself was clean, quiet, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. "The reception staff were generally very friendly and helpful, offering useful tips such as where to exchange money, which I really appreciated. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the restaurant. The Albanian cuisine is absolutely delicious - it was a real treat to dine there. I highly recommend trying the local dishes. The room itself is quite compact and the space around the bed is limited, but it was adequate for my needs. The hotel also arranges taxi service to and from the airport, which is very convenient. I did have one issue during my stay - I requested a wake-up call but unfortunately never received it. This nearly caused me to miss an early morning tour outside the city, which was quite stressful. I hope the hotel can improve their wake-up call service to avoid this happening to other guests. Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff and exceptional restaurant made for an enjoyable stay overall."
