Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it includes:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- and a relaxation area with two convertible sofas.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and sea view.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: TV, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The furnished terrace is ideal for enjoying aperitifs outside!

The studio is well located. All amenities are nearby:
- casino, restaurants, beach club for children
- There's a bakery down the building.

The market is located on the Place des Marquises (Tuesday to Sunday and every day in summer).
It should be noted that there is a sale of oysters and roast chicken on Sundays.

## Emplacement
Arcachon is a commune in south-western France, in the Gironde region.
