The space:
Our central and stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Equipped with all the details and amenities of home but with enough touches to make your stay feel truly one-of-a-kind, you can unwind in a clean and peaceful environment close to everything you need.

Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night's sleep!

The bathrooms come with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience.

Our condo features a gym, rooftop swimming pool and a gathering place with a pool table. Inside the condo are three 4K Roku smart TV's for you to unwind with your favorite show. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for you to enjoy.

While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for your next culinary adventure. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water are provided for you to enjoy.

Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washer and dryer in the condo to get you looking your best.

Outside on the balcony soak in the sunshine and enjoy the city view sitting at the balcony bar table or relaxing in the chairs.

While we want you, your family, and your friends to enjoy this rental, this is not a place to host a party.
Large groups, loud noises, and other disturbances are not allowed.


Guest access:
You will be provided with a keyless entry access code the same day as check in.

Guest will be provided a fob which will permit access to the community amenities; rooftop swimming pool, gym and gathering place with a pool table and various entertainment.

By booking, you agree to all house rules:

EARLY CHECK-INS: are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved.
You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.

LATE CHECKOUTS: Must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price.

PACKAGES: We do not allow guests to order mail/ packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.

LEASING OFFICE: DO NOT enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff for any reason. We have a mutual agreement with the complex that all our guests communicate ONLY through the Airbnb platform. From there, our team can directly communicate with the complex on your behalf. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.

MAINTENANCE: Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

INSPECTIONS: While this is very unlikely to affect your reservation, property management reserves the right to notify us within 48hrs of condo inspections to confirm all appliances, plumbing, and HVAC are operating properly, during normal business hours between 8am - 5pm on weekdays. If we are informed of a scheduled inspection, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible, and ask that you cooperate with property management to allow the inspection to occur quickly and easily.

PETS: We do not allow pets. If there is a violation of this policy you will be fined $500.

KEY FOB: If a key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $100 for a new key fob.

PARTIES: The complex enforces a strict no-parties/ noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.

SMOKING: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

TOWELS and LINENS: Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. A makeup cloth is provided. Permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and will result in a fine. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Guest are not permitted to take towels or washcloths upon checkout. Any missing towels or washcloths will result in a fine.

CLEANING: Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100.
