"Overall the house was awesome, it was very clean and fully stocked with everything you would want or need. It is not ski in, ski out as advertised. You had to walk several hundred yards to ski out, and new construction up the street prevented skiing in. The shuttle bus system more than made up for this deficiency and made it quite simple to get to the mountain."

"Quiet neighborhood well worth the money. Blake’s place was clean, cozy, and comfortable for my larger family. Location is near a tee box on the golf course and was pleasing to watch others swing their luck. Prior to booking I was worried about the water heater due to previous reviews but worked flawlessly with 3 people taking showers at the same time. On our next trip to Eagle-Vail I plan on staying with Blake again! Thanks!"

"The place was comfortable enough, but it had a kind not-quite-ready feel. As if it had been recently purchased, no one had spent much time there, and it had been sort of "thrown together" to serve as a rental. There were some basic things missing from the kitchen (pot holder, wine glasses ... a couple other things I can't recall) and the backyard was definitely unprepared (there were tools and beer cans about). "What a great location in the Vail Valley with access to so many things for the family to do during Spring Break. "This location and the home is perfect for families with kids. You can easily walk into the shops and restaurants in Beaver Creek. Ski-in/ski-out was ok as there was very little slope to the trail behind the home. We typically just walked to the lift as it was very close. Overall, we loved the home and will plan to return."

"We've been to Beaver Creek every year since the Hyatt opened in 1990. If you care about luxury ski in ski out access to the best first tracks on the mountain, this is the best place to stay. Beth's house is great, and within the Village Walk development it has the best location. It's less big/luxurious as the 5 bedroom units, but those are now astronomically priced and very few are for rent anymore. The host and property manager are both extremely responsive and accommodating"

"This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient).
