This privately owned and operated condo is located in the main building of the Riverfront Resort & Spa. Surround yourself with expansive mountain views outside, and our curated collection of modern Pop Art inside.

Relax with luxury linens, plush towels, and premium amenities that elevate the travel experience for any discerning guest. Spacious living area features brilliant mountain views, and cozy fireplace.

High-end fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters with seating (2 at bar top) and adjacent dining area with custom table (seats 6) for family dinners and game nights.

COFFEE? Craft your custom cup with our signature Luxart coffee and hot chocolate bar. High-end LatteGo machine makes everything from black coffee to cappuccinos, complimentary local’s favorite Vail Mountain coffee and all the fixings! Herbal teas too! Want more? Starbucks Café on-site (seasonal).

Housekeeping is customized to the needs of each guest, typically a mid-stay clean is provided for stays 5-nights or longer. As extra amenities are always provided, housekeeping is normally not needed or provided for short stays, but is available upon request (from the host).

This condo is available in a 2 or 1 bedroom configuration. We also host several other similar condos at this Resort.

OTHER NOTES:

Room Check-in with the Resort front desk 4pm or after (arrive at the resort anytime 1pm or after). Check-out as late as 11am.

PETS: Up to 2 well behaved dogs of any size are most welcome! Non-refundable pet fee of $75, per stay. Resort is very dog friendly with plenty of spaces to run and play. (No other pets allowed.) Please do not leave dogs unattended, unless crate trained and not prone to barking. We are glad to recommend a local dog sitter if needed.

**Guest Verification: Additional guest verification is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We are committed to protecting our properties and guests. We partner with Know Your Guest by Superhog, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted separately to verify your information. Some states/local regulations require this additional verification.

By confirming a reservation, you agree to our house rules:

Standard check-in is 4pm or later. Check-out is 11am. Please know that your health matters to us, and additional cleaning time is required in between guests.

Up to 2 well-behaved house-trained dogs are welcome; let us know after you book. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged. Additional fees may be assessed if excessive cleaning is needed, or for any pet-related damages. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the unit if prone to barking. We are happy to coordinate a pet sitter for you if needed.

No parties, loud music or disturbances.

No smoking (of any kind) in the unit, this includes the balcony. If smoking is detected an additional minimum cleaning fee of $300 will be charged. No candles or flames. Additional fees may be assessed for damages.

ID of the primary guest on the reservation required in person upon arrival. A credit card is required to be on file prior to arrival for any incidental charges.

Excellent location, gorgeous unit!
We loved this unit! Extremely spacious, bright, and comfortable! Kitchen was very well stocked, and even included lots of extras like coffee, hot cocoa, tea, etc. Communication was excellent. The location in the Westin, with access to all the amenities (esp the ski valet and gondola to the mtn right outside the door) was fabulous. Cannot wait to return! Bed was super comfy also!

The condo was very nice and large windows provided great views! However, it's time for a new bed. Also, communication with the property management needs improvement and better training (we received misinformation). We tried to call for help two times and no one answered the phone. That can be frustrating to guests. Overall, we enjoyed the condo very much.

Lovely 1 bedroom condo
This is my second stay within the Westin Riverfront complex during the 2023-23 season. I also have been at this resort previously. The resort is exceptionally located for skiers (with ski in - ski out). The resort is one of my favorites in the Rockies - stunning views, great hot tubs and pools, and the best daily live music in all of CO (while enjoying views and libations). You pay extra fees to the hotel but you get to enjoy the music and the superb amenities (including parking and electric charging station if you need one) - so it is not unreasonable. The condo is nicely appointed. Exceptional views. Comfortable King Size bed. Overall, very nice.

My husband and I lived in the Vail Valley for 18 years and we return each summer to visit with old friends. This was our first stay in Pop Art Villa Riverfront but it will not be our last, there will be many more. Working with Garth and Sarah was a pleasure. The apartment was spotless when we checked in and the online photos of the property didn't do it or the view justice. The location is excellent and this is a great value considering the many amenities the property offers. We have already booked a visit for next year!

Great stay in this beautiful unit. Check in was easy and location was perfect. Only issue was disconnect between front desk staff and property owner on check out time. Front desk told us 11, but property specific communication showed 10 and cleaners showed up right at 10.

Great condo
Property was clean and had a great view/balcony area. Amenities at Westin were very nice too. Only downside was that the gondola wasn't running for Beaver Creek yet since it was too early in the season. Shuttles every hour to Vail and Beaver Creek though so not a big deal. Overall great stay and would stay again for sure!

Beautiful stay with a stunning view out every window
My husband and I were so pleased with our stay. The Westin is a beautiful location, but our room was stunning. Fully equipped, the most comfortable bed and even better views from each window. We enjoyed waking up, opening the blinds and taking in the view of the mountains all around us. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
