Son’s Wedding Weekend
We wanted a place to stay that my family (5 adults), my brother and his family (2 adults, 3 juniors), and Mom & Dad (83 & 84) could all enjoy! There were 5 separate bathrooms, so many people could get ready for my son’s wedding. The condo was right on the golf course with a hot tub and an amazing view! The kitchen had two ovens, gas burners, and everything we needed. There is a ten person table and then bar seating in the kitchen too. The beds were all comfortable with quality sheets. Plenty of towels too. There are hiking trails right out the door. We had an amazing time! The location was great as we needed groceries and forgotten last minute item from Walmart - 6 min. away. We were impressed with the place and recommend it to others!

Great place, not great guest experience
This is a beautiful home, very comfortable and great for a family of 14 to stay. From a guest experience, however, I cannot rate this five stars. I booked this home through VRBO and asked questions through the site that never were answered. I’ve never experienced a complete lack of response even when a home is managed by a management company. That was the first problem- we needed a pack n play and wondered if we could save ourselves the hauling of one on an airplane- but two emails were left unanswered. There were two pack n plays in the unit- that would have been so tremendously helpful to know. Secondly, the owners accidentally sent a gift basket on day three of our stay, which is a lovely thought, but it was to the wrong person. They apologized by saying we should be glad as we got the better of the two baskets due to the error. So we were going to receive a less than desirable gift basket? Finally, the check out instructions basically yell at you (all caps several times) to clean everything, wipe everything down (including the fridge, bathrooms, countertops, and backsplash). I paid not an insignificant amount for a cleaning fee. The requests for what must be cleaned are too much for the price we paid for a cleaning fee. This was extremely frustrating for my entire family, and several of my family members own more than one vacation home that is rented out. So for us, there were just too many caveats from a guest experience and care standpoint to rate it 5

You won’t regret booking this place. Pete and Elizabeth are amazing hosts, good communication and made our stay be amazing, safe and joyful. They even sent us a gift 🎁! Super clean, lots of room, comfortable, all utensils needed. Hot tub is amazing!! Location is simply the best possible! 10 min from vail downtown and 4 min from Walmart and Home Depot. Book, go and enjoy!

Exceptional Home
This is a great home with all the amenities. The views from the patio are amazing, not only a golf course but gorgeous mountains. Excellent location with easy access to everything. Hiking trails close by. Each bedroom has a bathroom and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is large with everything you need and high end appliances. Living room is very comfortable and great place to relax. Would stay here every time we visit.

Excellent stay a stone's throw from Beaver Creek and Vail
My group and I had a fantastic stay at Pete's property, skiing several days at nearby Beaver Creek and Vail. The deck, hot tub and fireplace were excellent amenities that added to everyone's experience. Bathrooms were well stocked and plentiful. Communication was top notch - Pete was always a text away to help answer any questions. Would for sure stay again!

WonderfulPlace to stay.
We had a wonderful stay at your place. Beautiful comfortable home. Large rooms with comfortable furniture , beds were heavenly and lots of room for everyone. Kitchen is well appointed and a wonderful table for family meals. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. View of the golf course covered in snow and the paths great for walking. We absolutely love our stay.

The description and all it showed on the listing are very accurate.
The house was very well stocked with all the amenities that you need, our family bought groceries and everything we needed to prepare the meals was there. Very clean and spacious. Very close to resorts and fun activities. Best experience we have had using VRBO, the owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one.

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, spacious and calming place and perfectly sized for 14 people. The bathroom, shower and the jacuzzi was excellent. The house looks like new, it has everything you need, also has a wonderful view, there is a golf course behind and a beautiful mountain full of trees, the host sent us a Couple of gifts, the photos on the listing are very accurate, I truly recommend this place.

Vail 70 year birthday celebration
Property was newly renovated, clean, spacious and great for a large group. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. Great location, restaurants and close to downtown Vail. View from the patio was amazing, and great with the morning coffee. I would note that the property is a split level and there is no bathroom on the main level, so just word of caution if traveling with older individuals. Was fine for our family... we had a wonderful time.

Great property, great hosts, great location!
My family and I just returned from spending a week at this beautiful home. The owners were so accommodating and so nice. Pete sent all the check in and check out info and information about the area a couple weeks prior to our arrival. He also called to check and see if we had any questions and was easily reachable by phone or text. The owner also had a gift basket of local snacks delivered to our door a couple of days into our stay! We were so surprised and we all enjoyed the snacks. The property was clean and comfortable and had a fully stocked beautifully remodeled kitchen. We enjoyed cooking dinner a few nights and soaking in the hot tub while admiring the fantastic view of the golf course and mountains. All but one bathroom was completely remodeled and the showers were great. There was plenty of room with three bedrooms and baths downstairs and three bedrooms two baths upstairs. The location was perfect. A five to ten minute drive to great restaurants, Vail Village, grocery stores and coffee shops. I highly recommend this property! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family Trip
We just returned from Eagle Vail for a family trip. The updated kitchen was great cooking meals with our family. House was the perfect size for our group. Great views from the deck and hot tub. It was a great location for all activities. Great hikes are a walk away. Homeowners were awesome to work with prior to our arrival! It was a very nice property and would recommend to anyone.

Pete and his family were the most outstanding hosts you could ever hope for. They were communicative and clear throughout the entire process, extremely understanding and friendly, and went above and beyond by having welcome goodies upon arrival and a lovely surprise during our stay. They also had amazing local recommendations for food, and the house is well situated and it felt like we were close to everything (basically a 5-10 min drive to really amazing places). The house is beyond beautiful, with comfortable seating in the living room, and an abundant beautifully renovated kitchen with top notch equipment and plenty of nice glasses and plates for our larger group. The bedrooms were very cozy, the carpets were super plush and soft, and the remodel of the bathrooms were beautiful and clean. We especially loved the outdoor deck with a gorgeous view of the golf course and a backdrop of trees on a hill, and especially enjoyed using the jacuzzi in the evening for perfect stargazing. We also used the great grill for steaks! This was a very special trip for us group of friends, and this amazing house with the most wonderful hosts made it truly unforgettable. The only thing I wasn't aware of until closer to our stay is that the house is part of a duplex, so you share one wall with your neighbor. That said, there was absolutely no issue at all in terms of parking (because the parking is split so our side had designated spaces), or sound (the shared wall is mostly just the garage and some of the dining area). We never heard anything from the other side, nor did we receive any complaints from our end even while hanging out in the jacuzzi or eating at the dining table. All in all, this house and the hosts deserves 6+ stars. We hope to be able to come back at different times of the year to enjoy all of the beauty around this home in all seasons. We are deeply grateful for their generosity in making this home available for others to enjoy.
