"Don't be surprised by the route to this place. This 600 year old place has all the luxury and comfort you wish for. Of all places we stayed they made us feel more welcome than any of the others. Service and accommodation are impeccable. If this is not enough to convince you then let me tell you about breakfast. All fresh and in an abundance I've never seen before. Custom made breakfast with fresh eggs from their own chickens. Everybody should try it out but I still hope there's a room for us...

"This is a TERRIBLE hotel. NOT for tourists. NO signs. NO street access. You must carry your bags through the stairs one street below. It is terrible. I booked a room WITH PARKING, but no parking was available. I lost 2 hours trying to get in / out the suggested parking spot which I had to pay extra 12 pounds. I feel cheated and robbed. I encourage all tourists NOT to stay here. Will NEVER return. "

"Reception welcome was great. Evening meal was absolutely delicious (seared monk fish medallions and garlic butter). Room was clean a organised, hot drink facility, full range of clean needing and towels. Easy check out and free parking. Staff were efficient and welcoming. One smallish moan, the shower temperature was intermittent, cool then hot then cool again continually. Took a bit of adjusting to get an acceptable hot AND cool. Great location for business reasons. I will book again."
