Nestled in the hills above Bay City you will find this escape that offers some of the most incredible views around. The sights and sounds across Tillamook bay stretch to the Pacific Ocean beyond. Be one of the first to enjoy this unforgettable experience that offers awe inspiring views, countless amenities with a level of comfort that is unparalleled.

A long but narrow driveway offers parking for multiple cars. Upon entry, you are greeted by a massive foyer that sits at the center of the home. The foyer leads directly to the open living, dining, and kitchen layout that is an enormous space perfect for any group. The entire area is bathed in natural light and views that are so beautiful they borderline magical. Additionally there is a large deck with seating and a fire-table for you to relax to the ocean breezes and epic views.

Almost the entire living space is on a single level. The primary bedroom is spacious and cozy. It has a king bed, additional seating, and a streaming TV for your viewing pleasure. The primary bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom an epic dual showerhead shower. There is a walk in closet and a sliding closet in the bathroom offering plenty of space for any length of stay.

The other bedrooms are back through the foyer. It is nice as there are sliding glass doors there that allow you to open and close to section off noise and access which is a fantastic amenity for groups and families. Both bedrooms are set up in a jack and jill style where they share a full bath but have independent access through the foyer.

As an additional fun amenity for all ages is the game room. From the deck you can access this incredible space pack with seating and games. Whether it be billiards, ping pong, or foosball, there is something for everyone. Its the perfect spot to stream some music or a show on the smart TV and compete with your closest friends and family.

Without a doubt, this is one of the most special homes you will find on the Oregon Coast. It has something for everyone. Each piece of furnishing and décor was procured to provide the perfect blend of style and comfort for any group. The views and ambiance are incredible to experience in any season. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Fabulous home
This home is fabulous. We are nurses and we’re very impressed with the cleanliness here. The home is ideally located to explore the northern Oregon coast. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. And the sunsets across the bay! Oh my! We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to come back.

Except for the random burnt out lightbulbs, hot tub in the garage, and unwillingness to allow a late check-out (lol), we were VERY PLEASED with this home!!!! The negatives did NOT outweigh the positives! The layout - the kitchen - the deck - the VIEW - the immediate response from customer care - and SO MUCH MORE! We will be back!

Bachelorette trip
This was a beautiful and peaceful location to have my bachelorette. It is very spacious & perfectly accommodated 8 girls. The views are spectacular from morning to night and the deck is perfect to sit out and relax on. I loved how spacious the kitchen and dining areas were. My group was able to cook dinner each night and enjoy time together at the table. 10/10 house and location.

Bay city Tillamook bay
This was an excellent place to stay. The view was amazing. The house was very comfy an clean. Very quiet neighborhood to. The manager was very prompt with response back very easy to work with. We loved this house due to it was all one floor no stairs except to the game room. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy. The master bathroom shower was awesome. Could use a seat for us that have bad knees an back. But overall this house was awesome. Will definitely keep it in mind next time. You won't regret renting this house.

A perfect coastal getaway
This unique home in Bay City is a great choice for those looking for an Oregon coast getaway. Upon entering you will be pleased to see the exquisite view of the bay as the wall of windows draws you to the picturesque scene outside. The open concept makes the space seem quite expansive and there is enough room for everyone to relax. Everything in this home is quite clean and comfortable. The kitchen is clean and has the essentials for making meals instead of going out to eat. This is nice because the restaurant choices in the area are slightly above mediocre. We lived the grill and we're really happy to see that it was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The hot tub, although we didn't use it, appeared to be very clean and well maintained. In the garage we found several outdoor games that helped pass the time. We made use of the game room downstairs and had a blast down there. The pool table is in good shape as is the ping pong table. You won't go wrong renting this property. We made some great memories here and are great full for the opportunity to share time with each other.

Beautiful Home But...
The house is beautiful!! It was spacious for all seven of us. The view was fantastic. We had a great time. Once we got heat, which is in the floor, in the primary living area it was comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms don't have heat, so they stayed cold the whole week. The heat registers on the walls in the bedrooms don't work. The beds were ridiculously hard/firm. Our shoulders and hips hurt each morning. We had looked forward to the hot tub and tried to use it a couple times. Unfortunately, it would trip the breaker and there was a smell every time we tried to use it, so it was too unsafe to continue, so we turned it off for safety reasons. We loved the house, but the lack of heat, the hard bed mattresses, and the fire hazard hot tub were problems, so we won't be renting it again.

Winter birthday beach trip!
I read the reviews and decided to ignore the negative comments and give this house a shot specifically because of it's location, view, And the many amenities offered which seemed like a perfect fit for keeping a family with teens occupied and having fun for our 17yr olds birthday. I am completely happy with everything from start to finish! Super smooth communication and check-in & out process and the house was absolutely perfect from the bedroom layout to a fully stocked kitchen, the endless views and a game room that kept everyone entertained especially on this stormy weekend getaway. We all loved it and would absolutely stay again in the future. Don't hesitate on this location!

Girls gone mild!!!
The girlfriends all decided to get together for a weekend together! We had so much fun, the view is beautiful and the game room was sweet even though we didnt use it. They left us a bottle of wine which is always a bonus when staying somewhere. Property has a lot of spunk and it’s close to everything. We only used the hot tub once since there was so many of us we had to do rotations.

Great kitchen
The house was very nice, the kitchen the best rental kitchen I’ve seen. There was yard debris and tools left around the deck…which might be due to overworked cleaners. To be clear, I don’t want to say anything that might count against staff. The inside of the house was impeccable, there were problems with the outside…including trash overflowing. We understand that might be about the last renter, but it was prodigious. Finally, before renting I asked if there was construction, had noticed empty lots around the house. I got no response. There is a house being built across the street (toward the water). So our last day, we had workers on the property (hot tub) and construction noise all day. It could have been worse, but is worth mentioning. We would rent this house again, liked it a lot, and would have preferred not to complain but I received notice that I trip has reviewed us and can’t see their comment without leaving one too. A really bad idea.

Great view
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with amazing view of the bay. The whole house was very well equipped. The game room in the basement was so fun, providing activities for everyone. The garage also had so many toys to play with. House was pretty clean and spacious. The host is very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a very warm day when we arrived and the host had fans going by the windows in the house, but I still found it to be too stuffy and hot. The living room gets direct sunlight with very little airflow. All the bedrooms have windows that open so no problem staying cool in there. The beds are not the most comfortable either. I think it was too windy to use the gas fire pit on the desk because it kept going off. After having to reignite a couple times, we just gave up. The hot tub stopped working within minutes of use, and there was a loud screeching noise you could hear in the next door bedroom when master shower was in use. The host let me know that a technician is coming out to fix the hot tub and the screeching noise from the bathroom is normal. Again, he is very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall, my family enjoyed staying in this house. I might look for a place closer to the beach next time, but if you don’t mind driving to the beach and just want to enjoy the view from a distance, this house will be great.

Arrived late afternoon on sunny day. Inside home temp of 87 degrees and stuffy. No A/C so spent uncomfortable evening trying to evacuate warm air. Screen door inadequate to ventilate house. Other than difficulty of air flow, the Inside of home was very nice and comfortable for entire stay. Shortcomings were exterior of house with mold/mildew on eves, cob webs all over exterior, overgrown weeds around house, dining room chairs coming apart (I went to hardware store and bought allen wrench to tighten all legs of dining chairs), and refrigerator light out. The owners have been lax with home maintenance and I found this to be breach of expectation set as to the condition of the house as advertised on VRBO. Not worth the money charged for weeks long stay.

Not as advertised and horrible customer service
The hot tub was not working, the heater was out - this would have been an issue that we would overlook but they waited for us to contact them first - knowing it wasn't working and then proceeded to say there would be no refunds for amenities not working - not 'what can we do to make up for it?' just sorry, not sorry. The Game room was lacking items needed to play certain games and we had to wait until the second day for them to replace them. The fire pit was out of propane and then when delivered the next day - we realized the knob that is needed to keep it on was also missing. The property itself is gorgeous - so much potential for an amazing 5-star stay - but the property managers are piss-poor at best, argumentative, and condescending. I would not go back.
