Ubicado en un lote tranquilo, Aspen Falls ofrece una experiencia única en decoración y mobiliario; Con todos los muebles de troncos hechos a medida combinados con lujos modernos, le ofrecemos la experiencia de la naturaleza y la comodidad.

La cálida y acogedora sala de estar cuenta con una espectacular roca de lava y una repisa de enebro que rodea la estufa de leña. Pase una velada romántica con música relajante y una copa de vino. Con ventanas alrededor, puede disfrutar de la vista completa de ambas cascadas. Amazing Christmas Getaway
My husband, two daughters (ages 3 and 6) and our dog spent Christmas here and it was perfect. The cabin had everything we needed and it was so cozy. The only thing missing was snow! Our favorite parts were the wood stove and the hot tub. The beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommend for a family.

Beautiful Vacation Home
Amazing property & Maggie was wonderful to work with. I will just list the pro's/cons of my stay. Pro's--Very Clean, Easy Check-In, Beautiful Location, Wildlife Every Day, Nice Beds, Extremely Clean Bathrooms, Excellent Price for Stay. Con's--Notes all over property. If adults (who I assume are renting this home) are not already aware of these things, then they should not be renting vacation homes! Not enough bath towels! (I know the ad says "BYOB") but I don't think guests should need to bring their own bath towels to a rental home. I would also like to have seen access to the laundry facilities (given the fact we had '3' towels between the 2 of us for the entire weeks stay). ***One of the things that did really bother me was seeing cameras on the property. I understand that they are probably for security reasons, however when I (personally) see cameras outside, it immediately leaves me to wonder if there are cameras 'inside' and that left me with an extremely uncomfortable feeling. While we followed every rule in the house and left it spotless upon our check-out, it still made my stay somewhat uncomfortable. It might be a good idea to post notes explaining that while there are cameras 'outside' for 'Security Purposes' there are no cameras within the house itself. It might put others like me at a little more ease. I came on this vacation from Seattle, where "Big Brother" is ever present, I was trying to escape that feeling on this vacation.

Cozy home close to Mt. Bachelor
This is our second time staying at Aspen Pines and we had a wonderful experience again. Our kids love the bike camp at Mt. Bachelor and the house provides us a quick 20 minute drive up the hill and a break from the summer madness nearby. There are several great restaurants within a 10 minute drive but we also appreciate the kitchen and amenities provided at the house - plenty of pots, pans, dishware, etc. Maggie goes above and beyond with detailed and clear communication, chocolates by your bed, lots of fans for those warmer nights and an attention to detail with bathroom set up. Our kids also enjoyed the bathtub with jets and we appreciated the pet-friendly aspect of this house. Overall a comfortable and clean place to stay!!

Family vacation in Sunriver
We very much enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the many details that were considered - especially the bicycles, fully equipped kitchen, covered patio and lounge chairs. This is a nice, quiet location nestled among trees which was very relaxing.

Wonderful property with everything you'll need
First, the communication with the property manager was beyond excellent from start to finish. The check in went very smoothly. The neighborhood was pleasant with neighbors nearby, but not too close. The location is excellent being just a few minutes from Sunriver. I appreciated how well equipped that this property was. It had everything needed and plenty of extras! I appreciated the attention to small details. Everything from leaving bottles of Lysol upstairs and downstairs to the little chocolates that they left by the beds. They even left a basket of dog towels, treats, etc. to welcome my dog. My family will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

Awesome value !
Property is as described . Maggie answers questions quickly . Very easy drive - about 8 minutes to SunRiver Resort ( we had family staying there so that was great). Beds are comfortable and kitchen well equipped . Fair price also - highly recommend .

Beautiful private getaway
We had a great time during our stay at this property. It was clean, homey, had all the amenities that we needed and was inviting to our family and our dog. We would definitely stay here again as it was a very enjoyable home and located in close proximity to all the things we wanted to do in the area. The owner communicated clear instructions about how to enter and use the house. No complaints about anything!

Our group of 4 (+ 2 dogs) stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. Sometimes I've felt that dog friendly listings just aren't as nice as other listings in a given price range, but that was not the case here! We were very happy with the quality of the house and furnishings. Note- we were there during a heat wave, and the house doesn't have AC, but the house cools down amazingly well at night with open windows and fans, so this wasn't really an issue.

Gorgeous Home and Location
We were so pleased wiyh everything about this home and the property. We have stayed at a few Verbo homes over the years and this one was fabulous! Every detail was thought of. Very clean and well decorated. Very comfortable beds. Cute amenities for a doggie guest too if you had one. The pictures online do not do the home justice. Very straightforward, timely and easy communication with the property manager. We loved it and would love to come back!

Sunriver Oasis in the Woods
We had a great stay at Maggie's place! She was very responsive and even was going to work with us to reschedule our trip because some members were positive with covid before (we ended up going during our original dates). I would highly recommend her place if you are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay that is close to almost everything (paddle boarding, biking, hiking, swimming in the river, etc). Also a huge plus is the hot tub and grill on the back deck. Thanks Maggie!

Great place but...
The house was amazing. We were unsure if there was a grill or not and it turns out there is such is good. Hot tub was great. My only negative thing is that we rented the property under the impression that there were 3 beds which included the futon as the 3rd "bed". Well the futon did not actually convert to a bed like they're supposed to. The part that you pull out to turn it in to a bed was zip tied to the base so you couldn't really sleep on it comfortably. The couch downstairs was way more comfortable for sleeping on.

This was a comfortable home. The interior is a little dark but if you open the blinds you get more light in. Kitchen was well equipped plenty of room for 6 guests to stay comfortably

Comfortable, spacious home with hot tub in woods
Very nice home, plenty of space for our family. The second bedroom has a large open space that a nice kids’ play space, and there are three full bathrooms. The hot tub is very private, and if it were warmer, the back porch would be a nice outdoor eating space (we visited in March). Appreciate having a comfortable dog-friendly home on Vrbo. Neighborhood doesn’t have the walkways or other amenities in Sunriver, but it also doesn’t have the crowds and on the plus side it’s 10 minutes closer to Mt Bachelor. House is on cul-de-sac so it’s quiet and private. We appreciated the shorter drive this time- quick 20 min to Sunrise parking lot. Easy check-in and communication with owner.

We loved loved loved this property! So much fun! Me and my husband and 2 boys came and stayed 3 nights and played in the snow outside and went in the hot tub and had a blast!!! My 8 year old is already asking when we can come back and stay at this very house. Beautiful inside and the owner was amazing with communication. Definitely will be back!

Private, super dog friendly, plenty of room for all of us. Nice touches throughout the house. We cooked, hot tubbed and played games, when not hiking and playing in the snow. We will definitely come here again.

Beautiful House
Aspen Falls was wonderful. Very great decorations, comfy beds and furniture, and the hot tub was great. Had an issue with the hot tub temp and host had it fixed in no time flat. A few critiques would be the lack of kitchen basics like sugar, Tupperware, cooking oil, etc. Also, my wife fell when she went for a run and scraped/cut up her leg pretty badly and there were very few first aid amenities. Luckily we had a first aid kit in our car. The driveway was also very very icy and slippery. I would expect this to be shoveled/salted in prep for our stay.
