The sprawling three-level layout boasts an abundance of open space on the main floor, ideal for gatherings and entertainment!

As you enter the cabin on the lower level you will find 2 bedrooms, each appointed to be a peaceful and private retreat for members of your group. Bedroom #1 offers a King Bed and your own private ½ bath, as well as a Flat Screen TV to catch up on your favorite shows from the comfort of your own room.  Bedroom 2 has a Full Size handcrafted murphy bed that when put away can transform the room into an ideal poker night getaway. This room has plenty of space to store your winter gear. Also for your convenience, enjoy the use of a washer and dryer in this room during your stay.

Groups of all kinds will appreciate 2 separate staircases leading to the main living level where you will find 2 separate living rooms, both offering the comfort and relaxation you will be looking for after a day full of activities! The main living area flows seamlessly with the LUXURY kitchen and dining area. This room is adorned with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling picture windows, which allow the room to fill with all the natural sunlight you could hope for. The dining table has seating for 6, and while you're creating a culinary masterpiece in the main kitchen area or grilling up some delicious food on the propane BBQ on the upper deck, take a moment and soak up the views outside where you can breathe the crisp mountain air.

The beautifully designed kitchen is ideal for hosting your family dinners, or entertaining with hors devours and cocktails. Stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/range, oversized kitchen island, beautiful granite countertops with subway tile backsplash and farmhouse sink will fulfill all your kitchen wants and needs! A charmingly done mini bar with a sink is located just off of the kitchen and is the perfect place to be your own mixologist and store any beverages.

Adjoining the kitchen area is the first living room with an oversized sectional couch and a large Flat Screen TV, the perfect place to turn on the big game or your favorite movie and really soak up vacation vibes. The second living area just off of the kitchen is the ideal place to gather with your loved ones to warm up on the cozy sofa by the wood burning fireplace while you play board games, or get things more lively and challenge anyone to a game of shuffleboard, darts or foosball. You will also find another staircase to the loft room and 3rd level of the cabin with 2 twin beds, and its own flat screen TV! A  perfect place for the kiddos to escape to their own space.

The Master Bedroom is located on the main living level and offers a King Size Bed adorned with cozy mountain theme linens, the ensuite full bathroom is elegantly updated with a large soaking tub, glass enclosed shower and meticulously crafted pine paneling and stone accents. This room provides a ceiling fan to stay cool on warm summer nights, a closet to store your belongings during your stay and Flat Screen TV to enjoy watching your own show from the comfort of your room.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
