Disappointing
Many issues with this property, the floors were dirty so when walking barefoot the bottoms of our feet were black. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty and had stains on them. Both shower curtains had mold and mildew on them and when I asked for new ones to be delivered it never happened. Toilet seat in the Master bathroom was broken. No extra bedding for the pull out couch in the living room, bed frame in middle bedroom was broken. Pieces hanging off the bottom of the bed, and the ceiling fan chain was broken so it would only work on high speed. Not enough towels. We had 7 people and there were only 4 towels. We did find 2 additional towels but they were dirty. The Air conditioner made a lot of noise when it came on. No dish towels for drying dishes, no pot holders and the kitchen set up was only for 4 people and we had 7 people. Reminder that this listing is for 8 people. The location was good for being near family as we were there for my Mother's Memorial service. There was a for sale sign in the window and the listing paper work on the counter, plus a lock box on the door. The porch that was described in the listing was dirty and only had 2 rickety folding chairs to sit on and they were dirty. I would not stay here again.

Maintenance
Air conditioner needs to be serviced it makes a loud noise all night long. Dishwasher needs be fixed, leaked on the floor. Parking was an issue due to a new roof being installed and we had no notice of this issue, if the air conditioning and dishwasher is fixed I would probably stay there again.

Spacious Condo
Our family was in Birmingham for a graduation ceremony. The condo was spacious and recently renovated. This was a much better option for our family than multiple hotel rooms for 2-3 night. We also had access to the tennis and pickle ball courts. The property is close to the Galeria and many restaurants. Once in the complex it was a little confusing finding the exact building (GPS sent us to the wrong one). It was a ground floor condo which worked out well for the elderly grandparents. The host was very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Great location
The condo is located very conveniently to major highways and restaurants and a very nice grocery store. The hosts were always available and easy to work with. We requested a late check out and they were very accommodating.

Unexpectedly comfortable and cozy
When we first arrived the host had allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated due to our long travel. The condo was slightly difficult to find either due to our lack of sleep or the lack of signs with the numbers with the one we were looking for either way we finally made it. The condo was beautifully remodeled and everything had been beautifully furnished. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The shower heads wonderful after traveling. The kitchen was only partially stocked with cooking utensils such as there is an oven but no cookie sheet or biscuit tray to bake with. There is a dishwasher to use as a drying rack for hand washed dishes that probably needs re-evaluated and hooked into the wall slightly better. The broom toiletries were left there for use so that was nice. They had toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags in the kitchen only, and had towels in bathrooms none for the kitchen. All in all would stay here again most definitely now that we know what to expect and what to bring and not to bring. I do think the owner would do well to know they live so close to such a huge marketed traveling baseball tournament field and toured state park and should maybe have that listed or have some local favorites for restaurants on a paper with the Wi-Fi password on paper because we had trouble gettting the Wi-Fi to work the whole time we were there. Very comfortable easy to reach host though

Great Stay
This property was just what my family needed while we played in an AAU Basketball Tournament. This was a great escape and I would definitely stay again. This property was close to the gym and all the stores we needed during our stay. Thanks

Directions were difficult in the dark. Poor lighting made it hard to locate the right building. Also the directions to open and close the lock were not well done. The rooms were clean but the couch had a broken section that was covered by a blanket. The window sills had a lot of dirt and the bathroom shower rod fell off. It took 15 minutes to get it back up. There were no directions for what to do when leaving. We had to search for additional towels and found 2 more for a total of 4.
