Villa Manila es nueva en alquiler y se encuentra en el exclusivo complejo privado de Cas abao. Esta impresionante villa tiene una piscina, un jacuzzi, una gran sala de estar, cocina y 3 dormitorios y 4 baños. Perfecto para que tus vacaciones sean inolvidables.

La gran playa de Cas abao está a solo unos minutos. La playa privada del complejo es perfecta para nadar o practicar snorkel. Esta playa está a solo 100 metros de la villa.
Todas las playas más hermosas están en este lado de la isla. ¡Puedes ir a una hermosa playa diferente todos los días!

Si no le gusta salir de la casa, puede quedarse escuchando a los pájaros cantar y relajarse en la piscina o en el jacuzzi y mirar el mar.

La gran cocina tiene una isla para cocinar donde puede preparar sus deliciosas comidas. Tiene todo lo que necesita, como refrigerador americano con máquina de hielo y agua fría instantánea. También un horno, vinoteca, cafetera y calentador de agua. También puedes venir y cocinar para ti.

En la sala de estar hay un cómodo sofá grande para relajarse y ver televisión. La televisión es una televisión inteligente.

Detrás de la cocina está la cocina, encontrará la lavadora. Espero que no lo necesites en vacaciones ;-)

Las 3 habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, camas king size y baño privado con techos abiertos. Te ducharás al aire libre. ¿Qué tan genial es eso? En caso de que no le guste ducharse al aire libre, también hay una ducha cerca de la sala de estar con techo.

Great location but needs a little TLC
This villa is a great home base for exploring the west side of Curaçao, with stunning beaches nearby. Its proximity to Cas Abao Beach, and the pool were highlights of our stay.The villa is well equipped but needs some updates.The front bedroom mattress had a deep crater and the bedding and most towels should be replaced. The biggest issue we encountered was the front patio doors not locking. We immediately informed the host, and while they came to assess the problem and assured us they would contact maintenance, no repair was made during our stay. We secured valuables in the bedrooms.Another concern was the electricity allowance. The listing states that 5 kWh per person per night should be sufficient if using air conditioning only at night. With 5 guests staying for 9 nights, our total allotment was 225 kWh. However, even with minimal A/C usage—cooling down the rooms at night and then switching to fans—we ended up using double the allotted amount. For comparison, our second villa stay in Curaçao had a more reasonable 200 kWh allowance for a shorter duration, and we only slightly exceeded it. The current policy here may need adjustment to reflect real-world usage.We also had WiFi issues and confusing lockbox instructions, but we managed to troubleshoot them.Would we stay again? If the door lock is fixed, bedding replaced, and electricity policy adjusted, absolutely! The location and views are fantastic, and with a little TLC, this villa could be a true gem.

Perfect
Overall, we loved it here. Pretty peaceful and secure. Nice outside rooftop area, just needs furniture. Sunsets are amazing from up there. Each bedroom has seperate A/C, along with the main living area. We were fine in our water allotment, but went over in electric.We used the A/C in 2 bedrooms at night and the main area early morning and evening while we were in there. We ended up.paying 112 more for extra usage.

Beautiful house
I really liked this property. the property managers were very helpful and met us on the property. i appreciated them bringing extra toilet paper and getting directions on the local grocery store. you will need to get a rental car to drive around in curacoa. the casa aboa beach nearby was wonderful. I am not giving it 5 stars for a couple of reasons. the airconditioning could not be used during the day without risking overage on the electricy allowance. so it was stressful to monitor our usage and can't really enjoy the house in the daytime if worried about extra costs. this made the house uncomfortably hot during the daytime. so i would suggest including price for electricity usage in the cost of the rental. also i chose this vrbo as my husband wanted a place with private jacuzzi. the jacuzzi is not able to be heated though. it just has the jets. lastly, the bathrooms were different from what i expected. all but 1 bathroom had shower stalls that were open to outside as there is no roof in the showers. the main issue i had with that is since the bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms, mosquitoes kept coming into the bedroom. i made certain to close the bathroom doors but i still got 2-3 bites each night from the mosquitoes.

Overall great stay, few minor issues
The home was beautiful, pool was well maintained and was cleaned twice during the week we stayed. There were a few things that were inconveniences such as the grill not working and the stove needed to be manually lit with either a match or lighter but they did not have a significant impact on our stay. There is apparently a path to a private beach that we were not able to find. We were able to find an overgrown path but there were places that were basically impassable and we were never able to access. Cas Abou beach was a quick drive and worth the $6 for parking. Overall enjoyable stay, we were a little over cautious with AC and water usage which made for a hot stay and dirty towels because we did not use the washing machine. But that was our choice, but definitely would have used the AC more even if it ended up costing us some more money.

Mosquitoes and utility bills are a turn off
A Beautiful house and i like the pool and the birds. I spent a lot of time outside because of the tradewinds. The staff is responsive and i like that. However too many mosquitoes both inside the house and outside by the pool We couldn’t close windows and avoid them. It was unbearable and we really were happy to leave. We bought lots of mosquito coil, lots of repellant, after bite, citronella candles and nothing worked. Mosquitoes bit in places that we won't expect them to go. We are all still feeling the sting of the mosquitoes and i am still itching 5 days later. Let's be honest that no matter what you do you will have to pay light and water. I monitored our water and electricity usage. Showers were once a day and under 2 mins. We bought paper plates etc to avoid water usage, and we ate out except once I made eggs and toasted 3 slices of bread. AC was only used at night and since I got up early I turned it off in the bedrooms. I slept With no AC and felt like i was dying from the heat. I didnt flush the toilet often and i felt i managed everything respectfully and well. Therefore was shocked that i got a bill for $20 for water and $164 for light. Which is more than what i pay in my 3 bedroom apt for 2 months in NYC. It is not my job to tell anyone how to run their business. I abide by rules. I read the reviews and i ignored the reviews. I'll just say customer happiness and comfort have to be top priority and owners have to determine if this is true for them.

Good stay after switching houses
The property we booked was not clean. The property manager switched us to another home and we had a great time. We gave up the larger pool and hot tub for a clean home so our trip was not without sacrifice.

Property met needs.
The property is an island property so as you would expect it is well used and things do need tended to. Some lights needed replaced as well as getting some of the fans functional. The biggest thing was that the property is open, including the bathrooms. In addition, the listing is not up front about the additional cost of water and electricity if you go over. I had a family of 6 with me and ended up with an additional $400 in charges when we left. All in all I would recommend the property but keep in mind it is NOT a luxury property, and it is average. On the Plus side.. The hosts were very responsive and absolutley great.

Vacation
The property managers were fantastic! They were very helpful and understanding. However, the owner of the house has multiple things that need updating. The air condition, fans, internet, and top oven did not work. We recommend staying just up the hill from this villa, at a villa listed as "Awesome luxurious villa with big private pool and magnificent sea view." We got to stay here for 5/6 nights and it was wonderful! Curacao is beautiful and a great place to visit!

The first night we had no air conditioning. Was not fixed until next day at 5. With limitations. So after traveling, shopping, sweating nobody slept. Then we ran out of gas in kitchen so had to go out and eat. Then ran out of gas for bbq. We did ask for refund for first night. She was going to ask owner. Sent her a what’s app. Crickets. Then we had a blackout last night. But I can’t blame them for that.

Wonderful
House was wonderful and the location away from the traffic and bustle of the city was perfect. You are very close to great beaches which made it easy to get to them early to secure our chairs and umbrellas for the day. House had everything we needed, including washing machine soap, which i dont think is on the listing. If this is your first trip to Curacao - make dinner reservations! Everywhere. Every night.

This is a large, fantastic villa. The location in Cas Abao is very quiet and picturesque. Close to the main beach, it also has it's own private beach. The villa has everything you need, including a pool. The hosts are wonderful and very attentive to your needs.

Nice property with a partial ocean view
The house is nice with tile throughout. It is clean and pretty well functioning. There are a few quirks though. The dishwasher does not do a very good job. The icemaker quit about halfway through our stay but we were buying ice anyway so it was not a big problem. The TV and audio were not available due to a code that even the owner doesn't know. The bedrooms do not get decent wifi. It would be reallynice if there was furniture for the upper deck as it has an awesome view, or you can drag some up there.

Beautiful home, short drive to amazing beaches
Our stay at Villa Manila was incredible. We spent most of our time that we were home in the pool area. The kids (7 and 11) loved having a private pool, and the parents loved lounging by it! The house is spacious! You do have air conditioning in the bedrooms (essential) and plenty of bathrooms. The sunsets from the rooftop deck were gorgeous. Note: you do need to rent a car. From here, you are a 10-30 minute drive from numerous world-class beaches (Cas Abou (next door) and Grote Knip (25 minutes) were our favorites, but they are all great). Most restaurants were 15-20 minutes away, but there is a grocery store about 12 minutes away. Drive to Willemstead one day to see the Dutch architecture, beautiful colors and the floating bridge. Cross the bridge for the little market. We also did an ATV tour with Lorenzo (ATV and Buggy tours) that was great! A wonderful stay on a magical island. We will never forget it! The hosts were great and communication before and during our stay was perfect through WhatsAp. All questions were answered promptly! Enjoy~!

Love this house and location!
We were fortunate to spend 3 weeks with our friends on the beautiful Curacao! This is our fourth trip to the island and we chose to stay at Villa Manila. The house is luxurious, more than we needed, and found the kitchen well stocked for 4 people that love to cook - a variety of pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. The bedrooms were roomy, comfortable and more than enough closet space. Our favorite- the rain showers with open ceilings, gazing at the sunshine or moon, as we showered! The pools were well needed in the heat and well maintained. The pool cleaner was there twice weekly. We enjoyed every morning and evening outside on the pool patio. Location was key, we loved being on this side of the island, close to Cas Abou beach and many more. Nihaira was a very pleasant host, who was attentive to anything we needed or questions we had. We would highly recommend staying at this house and hope to return again. This house was prefect. It had everything we needed and a great location. The host was very responsive & gave us lots of suggestions for our stay. My only recommendation would be to upgraded the linens on the beds but not a big deal.

Needs attention
We began our stay with no keys or gate code. With no cell signal we had to drive back out to the main road to try contact the host for a way to enter. The gate was to be opened but when we got back it was still closed. Thank you to the nice couple who came along and let us through the gate. Anneke was on-site elsewhere and arrived from another villa to let us in , bring us some towels and give us the tour of our place. We were tired after a days travel and hung out for a bit and went to bed. Next morning we got up and noticed some stains on the sheets that I won’t describe and realized that the bedding had not been changed. We messaged Nihaira and she came over. We showed her this disgusting ugliness and took her to the kitchen where we had swept up a full dust pan of dirt. The cleaning people who are brought in to look after the villa are not doing their job. Speaking of cleaning, the pool had not seen a real cleaning in quite some time. The pool company assured Nihaira that the had done the job but the debris in the pool told a different story. The second week they did not show up and there was iguana poop and a critter in the bottom of the pool yet said they were there that day while we were out. Nihaira arranged another fellow to clean the pool and it was the cleanest we had seen it in over a week. We were there one day when the pool guy showed up and if he was there for 2 minutes that would be exaggerating. Now without dwelling on these negative experiences the villa itself is quite nice. It does need a major cleaning including the curtains and furniture but it was nice. Rained every day so our rental car got lots of use. (With all the moisture came the no-seeums. Make sure you take good bug juice if you are going) found some great restaurants and had a great meal catered in the villa by Housen’s Culinary Experience. Our chef Rene did a fantastic job with preparation and presentation. Before I sign off I have one more complaint. We were not made aware by VRBO that there were restrictions on the use of water and power. We only left the AC on in our bedroom and used the water sparingly and still had a bill at the end of our stay US$300 which was based on 4 people and there were only 2 of us. We only were aware of this restrictions because we read through the book of do’s and don’ts for the villa and I would have wanted the bill if you had kids or a were a larger group. Our hosts were great and we appreciated the help they gave

Great Location
Great location and a very clean peaceful place for us to call home for the week. The location was centrally located with short trips by car to the greatest secluded beaches on the Western side of the island while still being close to the main touristy areas to explore shops and restaurants. And when we were not out exploring we had our own beautiful private pool we could relax by and also watch the beautiful sunset from our rooftop. Great find and we will be back!!

Beautiful but needs some basic maintenance
Our group of 5 adults stayed at Villa Manila for 15 nights, the villa is very clean, has a wonderful central location for exploring the island, there are lots of towels, dishes, and kitchen was well stocked but for a few items like wine glasses and a good knife. The property manager Nihaira and her assistant Anneke are very responsive to questions and gave us wonderful suggestions for what to do and see on the island. The patio area is really lovely with lots of shade. Tons of birds visit the infinity pool to have a drink of fresh water so that was a highlight of our day watching the birds come and go. We would only give 3 stars overall however as there were a few things that needed attention. The dining table was broken and unusable, the bedroom ceiling fans were not all working (one was not working from the beginning of our stay and the other 2 stopped working near the end), the large pool went green and although the pool man cleaned it, it never came back to clear. We were thankful to have the smaller jacuzzi pool and just used that to cool off. There were a few items in the house here and there that need some attention, and we did inform the property managers, they were happy for the feedback and indicated they would take care of the items in short order. If those things are fixed the property would definitely be at least 4 &1/2 stars.

We loved our stay at Villa Dushi. Nihaira was helpful before and during our stay with information on car rentals, testing locations to fulfill travel requests, etc. The house was lovely and had plenty of room for the family to spread out. it was also conveniently located to the beach, and less than 30 minutes to the airports and town. Amazing villa and excellent communication from host
Villa Manill was a fantastic property for my family of 5! Awesome water views, great pool just steps away and amazing beaches and national parks were just a short drive. Nihaira was an impeccable host. She helped us with every detail and question we had and also helped us book a car rental from a local business. My advice is to fully read the binder when you arrive and to stop and get soap for the showers (I didn't think to ask and this wasn't included...not a big deal!). If we ever make it back to Curacao we will definitely consider this property.
