I had trouble checking in because I could not get the lock info from the VBRO communications, and I could not reach the landlord. it took over an hour on the phone with VBRO to get the appropriate info. The house itself is very nice. Small fenced yard for my dog was a plus"

"Lovely property in Hagerstown. We stayed here with my 82 year old father while visiting family. Perfect accommodations! Very clean & comfortable. We had a little hiccup with our code to check in, but once Michelle saw our note, we got it fixed right away. Convenient to Main Street shops & food. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"My daughter and I stayed at this lovely place while we got settled into her new apartment for Ball State. The home was well appointed and beautifully decorated. All furnishings and paint appeared brand new. My only suggestion would be an add baking pan or two as I was unable to find one. I will definitely stay again for future visits to the Muncie area. "

Traffic on the main drag was a bit heavy at times and also at above average rate of speeds making it somewhat worrisome when having to get to our vehicles with smaller children in our group. "Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!! EXCELLENT customer service! Overall not a bad experience and it was very convenient to my activity."

From the moment we arrived, the entrance floor was dirty. They did not have air conditioning, so there were fans everywhere because it wasn't working.
