The Space:
Tiny Borowa by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful farming village located on the banks of Boorowa River, just an hour's drive from Canberra. With all the modern amenities of home and a slow-paced country lifestyle city dwellers would love to spend their staycations. An oasis where you can enjoy simple living in harmony with nature, just a few steps away from rural paddocks and sweeping agricultural landscapes.
A cozy, 139-square-foot pet-friendly accommodation near Burrinjuck Dam, which offers skiing, jet skiing, sailing, canoeing, and more. This also includes Binalong, a charming village with a rich history of bushrangers and stunning sunrise/sunset views.
All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

Tiny Boorowa by Tiny Away sits in the farming village of Boorowa, Hilltops Region, southwest slopes of New South Wales. Boorowa is a charming rural town that boasts a proud Irish heritage and a rich pastoral history. It serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the nearby cellar doors of the Hilltops wine region.
Additionally, this area is renowned for producing top-quality merino wool, which is celebrated annually at the Irish Woolfest.

- Burrinjuck Dam is the 4th largest dam in the world, most famous for its watersports such as kayaking, skiing, and more.
- The Shamrock Cafe at Boorowa Hotel offers some of the best coffee and the largest Boorowa Farmers Breakfast in the country.
- Marsden St. General is an iconic cafe in the heart of Boorowa, offering freshly made coffee, baked goods, sourdough bread, and other tasty treats.
- Shamrock Trail explores the colonial and 20th-century historical buildings, including the stained glass spectacles of St Patrick's Catholic Church and riverside heritage buildings.
Townships close by are Yass, Young, Harden, Rye Park, Cowra, Wyangla Dam, and Wee Jasper (1.5 hours from Canberra, 3.5 hours from Sydney).

- We have a sheep paddock that guests would enjoy
- Telstra & Optus have good signal. Vodafone, 2degree & Spark have no signal
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Guest Advisory For Pet Owners
- Kindly note that we ask all guests to refrain from allowing their pets to engage in activities that may trigger excessive barking or howling. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.
Farm guidelines
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Please do not chase or harass the sheep. Your pet is not permitted to chase, bark or distress the sheep in any way
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
