"El hotel se ve bonito de afuera y las áreas en común también. Pero la habitación que nos tocó para 3 personas era sumamente pequeña. Ni siquiera nos podíamos mover, con 1 valija por persona. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, sólo un pequeño ventilador muy ruidoso que no bastaba. Además, no cortó el sistema de calefacción del baño, hasta las 11 de la noche que llamamos a recepción haciendo el reclamo. Para entonces, ya el ambiente estaba súper caluroso, en pleno verano, sin aire...
