This is a unique, nicely decorated with a island vibe, The Studio fits only two people, offers a queen bed, small bathroom and a kitchenette. there is not leaving room or couch. parking space for one car included. Check-in is 3 Pm and check-out is 10 Am. Location is fabulous, you can walk to any place you need.!!!!

PLAYA ESMERALDA COTTAGE has the best location in Anna Maria island/ Bradenton Beach, for such a good price you can rest and party. just 20 steps from the white sandy beach and a block away from Bridge street with shopping center, tiki bars, high end restaurants and beach restaurants, Mini golf for kids, everything is with walking distance!!.. it is definitely a place for your next vacation!!!! and if you want to go further.. just wait for the free yellow trolley to take you around! no need for a car!

this property has a parking spot and a nice deck where they will be able to rest.

PLAYA ESMERALDA has the BEST location in Bradenton beach; there is not need for a car since everything you need is within walking distance! come and enjoy your vacation!!

Nice little place to stay right across from the street from the beach and right next to a few good dining options for breakfast through the evening. I believe the room we were in is the smallest of those on the property. It was perfect for just the two of us. I have no complaints as the room was exactly as described, communication was great, the room was very quiet, and dining and shopping are just a block away. Things to be aware of, the bathroom is small, the shower is shower is tiny, and the water pressure in the shower is really low (though the outdoor shower pressure is quite good).

For the price it was average. The bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. Very tiny shower, the sink has no counter where to place not even a toothbrush, and the bathroom in general is very run down. vanity is falling apart. The shower had a mat on the foor and when I moved it away from the drain so the water would drain, it was clogged with hair. I guess the cleaning lady did not move the mat to clean the shower floor. The shower head is very bad and doesnt have any preassure. The place is OK to a 1 or 2 night stay, bur definiterly not for a week vacation. Location was great, right across the beach. Communication with the property manager was instant and very helpful.

Great location
Very comfy room. Perfect for two nights. Anymore may have been an issue. Some slight repairs are in order but it’s obviously a very old building. Overall it was great.

Quick Trip in a Beautifull Area
I had a quick one night stay here and it was prefect! The location alone is enough for me to viist again. It is literally right across the street from beach access. Walking distance from a downtown area with shops and restaurants. The place is small but great for a quick trip. Bed, kitchenet, a Sofo off the bed tv and a full bathroom- all you really need.

Good for Short Visit
The place was clean, and the property manager was very helpful. He drove up within 5 minutes of my arrival and helped me unload my two kayaks and showed me where I could store them. You can't beat the location: it's a short walk to the beach and to all of the great businesses and eateries at Bradenton Beach. I would just warn that this is probably not a place you'd want to stay for an entire week, as the bathroom is very, very small. But it's great for a one- or two-night stay.

Weekend Oasis
We came from gloomy Ohio for a quick weekend trip and had an amazing time. The location is seriously the best. The place had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

Short stay
I only stayed over night here! It was very adequate for that stay! It’s just one bathroom, one bedroom. And a small kitchen. It has a microwave, a mini fridge, and a stove top kitchen appliance. It was perfect for one person. I would stay with my spouse here too! The location is amazing! Right in the middle of the activity on Ana Marie island! But also not too loud. I also didn’t eat there or shower there, so I don’t know for sure how the amenities would be. There is one TV too, no cable, but it does have Netflix already logged in which was nice!

Very close to beach and restaurants.
Cross the street and you’re at the beach. Accidentally locked out and the owners communicated quickly and solved our issue. I was a bit unsettled that the lock box code is the same on all units. I accidentally entered another guest’s room upon first arrival and then later that day, another guest accidentally entered our room! FYI: don’t book through Expedia for local activities. Horrible experience and no word of a refund yet. Our boat ride was cancelled. I would’ve driven an hour to st Pete for nothing had I not pro actively called to see if the boat tour was still on for that day. Bought three tickets and I’ve had. 0 refund. 0 voucher. And no call back or email regarding my concern. Customer service hold time was two hours I don’t have two hours to wait on the phone. I entered the option to receive a call back and I am still waiting for that call back several days later. The rental unit was very cute had all the amenities that I needed. Unbeatable price to be that close to a quiet beach!

Super cute hideaway
Great stay! Steps from the beach which made life SO easy. Also close to all of the town amenities so you are able to walk everywhere. Accidentally locked ourselves out one day (lol) and the owners communication was quick and heplful! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Will be coming back!

Location is perfect!
The location is perfect! You can walk to restaurants and shops and it’s just a few steps from the beach. The actual unit is small, especially the bathroom. For us it was okay because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall we had a great week here and would without a doubt book again.

Perfect place and location
This suite is located two blocks from Bridge Street, for restaurants and shopping. The beach is just across the street, as is the free trolley stop that will take you from one end of the island to the other. The property is clean and has a beachy decor. It was perfect for my needs.

Perfect location
This was a great spot. Two streets away from Bridge St. which has lots of restaurants and bars. The beach is across the street. The house provided beach towels, chairs and small cooler. Everything in walking distance no car needed. Room was on the smaller side but still perfect. We will be coming back! FYI Uber’s are hard to come by at Bradenton beach. We used a private taxi service to get to Armond Circle on Long Boat Key. We took the free trolley to The sand bar restaurant on Anna Maria Beach. Great place

Too small
We were shocked by how small the room and bathroom were. The bath was ridiculous. Probably 3 feet wide by 6. The sink was at your knees. The sink didn't drain. The walls are so thin. The people in the next room at 2:30 am were so loud. We could hear everything. The kitchen area and table were on a incline. The super small fridge barley opened. We were very disappointed. The location is great and that's about it.

Close to Everything! And literally steps away from the beach 🏖! I was kept up to date with check in and check out! The room was cute and Clean and they even provided chairs for use and a small styrofoam cooler! Couldn’t ask for more it’s all we needed
