"The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic staples provided. Very nice to have two bathrooms (—water pressure was great for shower-taking.) Loved the location —great neighborhood. And the property manager, Emanuela, could not have been nicer nor more helpful. Very much look forward to going back—-hopefully sooner than later!"

"The host met us at the water taxi and walked us back to the apartment. They even walked us to the correct water bus for the soccer game we were attending that afternoon and gave us tips for our trip. Communications was excellent.My one criticism is that the pictures online make it look like each bedroom has a bathroom en suite which is not the case. "

"Maria and Carlo are very gracious host! He met us as water taxi plus provided very useful info for our Venice stay plus Maria followed up with recommendations. She was very prompt responding to our inquiries for a doctor for one of our friends who fell sick. The property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds comfy too. "We had a wonderful stay. The location could not be better, the check in process was wonderful (they pick you up in a water taxi, bring you to the closest dock and walk you to the VRBO). The bathroom, bedroom & kitchen were all very well kept and clean. You have to take your trash out which occurs very early. We slept in most days and this was an ordeal w an early departure. Also wish they had at least one extra mirror in the unit for getting ready. "

"We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again"
