Good Location
We Loved the location. Communication with property owner or manager was not good. I had to threaten a bad review before they would communicate with me. Tv was not set up properly , we could only see half the screen and not change the channel upon arrival. After threat 24 hours after first texting them, then leaving voice messages they responded. Cabin was clean but had several light bulbs out and a cabinet door falling off in the bathroom.

Great Stay!
Overall, I was very happy with my stay at Heaven's Gate. Only 1 jet works on the hot tub, but the bath was great. It didn't seem that the room had been "reset" since the last visitor (towels still in the washer, dishes in the dishwasher, trash cans had no trash bags . But other than those minor things, I really enjoyed my time there.

Hot tub was dirty
Our GPS took us right to the cabin. The main reason we booked this one was for the hot tub but unfortunately when we got there it was slimy and there was debris in the bottom of it like had not been cleaned before we got there. The counter tops had crumbs on them from the previous guest, and the tub had a chunk of hair in the bottom from a previous guest as well.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming cabin! The location was serene, surrounded by breathtaking nature. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

It was a really peaceful getaway. We really enjoyed the location. There were a few things that could have been cleaner (spider webs on ceiling, light fixtures were very dusty) but overall the stay was amazing!

Great getaway
The location is good. The cabin is cozy! There were just a few things we noticed. The cleanliness could have been better. There was quite a bit of dust and cobwebs. Also, the bathroom trash had not been emptied. It could use a few updates such as the refrigerator and the bed. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and was the perfect getaway for me and my wife.

Bad experience
The cabin was fine just a little more outdated than pictures represent. When we contacted the host, he was rude with his response to our issue. All we asked was if there were clean sheets to change the bed because upon arrival there were stains on the sheets. His response was not professional and acted as if it was impossible because he had checked the place before we checked in. There were only a few old towels and there were Cobb webs on the wall and the jacuzzi tub was filthy! Something spilled and sticky on end table. We had to wait for sheets to be washed and dried before we could go to bed the first night. Would not stay at this place again.

Good stay
We loved the area super close to everything and easy to get to. Very cozy and romantic which is what we were aiming for. The hot tub worked great and was clean. Fish tales winery nearby was delicious and a cute spot for dinner. We tried to eat at a few other places on Sunday but most had already closed so plan to eat early in Sundays. A few things they could update/repair would be bed mattress is very uncomfortable to sleep on, bed needs a rug under it (moves a lot and makes a ton of noise if you’re aiming for romance 😉), no hair dryer, bathroom faucet was constantly leaking and water pressure in shower was really low. Overall it was a good experience but I wouldn’t consider this a luxury experience like they advertised.

Well the cabin was ok it did not have but two old dried up towels the jacuzzi tub did not work you could not get ahold of anyone after we checked in they stopped answering the phone there was dog hair everywhere the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept on you would think they would buy a better bed I can see there only about there money and not about there hunnymooners

Needs alot of improvements
There are many problems with this property the jets in jacuzzi tub do not work. There are no stairs to get in hot tub out back which presents a potential fall on the patio. The bed frame is broken and has a board underneath to help hild frame up. There was sticky stuff on the floor. The property grass was high around the cabin and fire put area we didnt feel comfortable to be in the grass in case of snakes. It could be a great cabin if it gad alot of repairs and renovations.
