"The house was as advertised. Great ocean view from every room and a nice deck to eat on. No real access to walk to the beach but a short easy drive to Zuma beach. Pool is solar heated so a little chilly this time of year but hot tub was nice and hot. Murphy bed is very convenient versus a sleeper sofa. Owner is very nice and attentive to us in the guest house. Available to answer questions and helped with suggestions. We would stay here again! "
