Only 5 minute walk to Scotsdale Garden Centre with Cafe serving cooked breakfast/tea & coffee. Lovely walks along the River Cam at the back of The Holts.

Log burner & storage heaters available for use and underfloor heating in both kitchen and bathroom. Vodafone Superfast Unlimited WiFi available. Kingsize bed with luxury Emma mattress in master bedroom, Double bed in 2nd bedroom. Integrated washing machine and dishwasher in kitchen.

There is a bus stop opposite and a cycle route along the river direct to Cambridge City centre which is approximately 4 miles. Plenty of on street parking.

Horningsea is a nice, quiet & chilled village with some beautiful walks. The river Cam is within viewing distance from my garden.

There is a bus stop directly opposite. Cambridge City centre is 4 miles and you can walk/bike along the river Cam all the way to the centre.

Please note this is an old building built in 1790 which has a steep staircase to the bedrooms upstairs.
It might be fusty and dusty in areas so may not be your cup of tea, please note before making a booking, thanks.
Please also bring logs & kindling for the log burner

You can park opposite on the road please do not park in front of the lounge as it blocks visibility for the neighbours
