"Rooms were excellant, breakfast was really good but best of all the most dog friendly place I've everstayed!! This was an extremely busy Saturday night pub where I sat at the bar with my dog also sat on a stool. When door security come over and make a fuss of your dog and go and get some treats, it was just brilliant. A really lovely stay. I won't make the mistake of asking for a full English for breakfast in a Welsh pub again!!! "

"All of the staff were superb and so friendly and helpful. Absolutely super breakfast well worth the price. Accomodation was spotless. Couple of small downsides 1. There is no lift so carrying your bags up a staircase you need to be reasonably fit. 2. Lack of shelves and only a narrow windowcill in the bathroom. The two drawers between the beds were ok but the top was where the tray for kettle , cups and tea and coffee was stored. 3. The TV was a good smart TV but at a 90° angle to the beds. No...

"There was nothing unique in the hotel. I will nver stay at any other Leonardo Hotel. This is a 3 star hotel, far from being in line with what I paid for 2 nights. I am VERY dissapointed. "

"No es un cinco estrellas real. Tuve problemas con la cerradura, la puerta no cerraba. Me pasó el primer día de los 5 que iba a estar. No consiguieron arreglarlo, todos los días volvía a no cerrar y tenía que volver a pedir que lo arreglaran. Sonaba un zumbido de algún motor en la habitación. Además me cobraron dos veces la estancia por error, tardaron más de dos meses en devolverme el segundo pago, y la primera mañana me dijeron que no tenía el desayuno incluido cuando me habían dicho que sí....

"Cuando llegué al apartamento el recepcionista ( Richard) que me hizo el check-in me atendió muy amablemente con toda la información necesaria para que mi estancia fuera lo más confortable posible . Me acompañó al apartamento y me enseñó todas la estancias. Fabuloso el apartamento , para una persona sola es un lujo , incluso para dos personas . Encontré todo muy limpio, el equipamiento de la cocina completo , horno , lavavajillas , microondas, tostadora , kettle. Estuve muy a gusto y se duerme...

"El hotel está muy bien situado, al lado del castillo, cerca de la zona comercial y del parque Bite. El personal ha tenido un trato agradable y profesional. Lo malo del hotel son las instalaciones: es antiguo, necesita una buena remodelación (baños, paredes, puertas...)."
