The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Chamrousse offers you this 54 m² apartment with mountain view and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator), it comprises a 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- 21 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Track-side bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower, towel warmer, storage space, washing machine, vacuum cleaner
- Separate WC

The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse 1750, close to a shopping center with (bank, bakery, ski rental, pharmacy, restaurants, Sherpa...). Numerous restaurants at the foot of the apartment. Vacation entertainment at the foot of the apartment (Musical quiz, Snow groomer demonstration, Avalanche dog, Torchlight descent, Fireworks...).

Activities :
Winter: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice diving, kids' club, tobogganing... The Roche Béranger chairlift is a 50-meter walk from the building. Ski lessons departures and arrivals downstairs. Blue slope arrivals downstairs.
Walk down to the resort at 1650m on a marked trail through the forest, with a pedestrian Himalayan footbridge.

In summer, discover accrobranche (tree climbing), via ferrata (via ferrata), numerous hikes, rides on electric scooters or mountain bikes, orienteering courses for youngsters, children's play area with inflatable slides... The resort even has a crèche for the little ones, even in summer! And this summer sees the inauguration of France's longest zip line, 2km long, for guaranteed thrills!
Visit Uriage spa, château de Vizille (museum of the French Revolution) and its magnificent park, open-air swimming pool at St Martin d'Uriage

Transportation:
- Paid parking is available at the bottom of the residence during school vacations (€30 per week).
- Free year-round parking is available 200 m from the residence, from the Casino supermarket.
- Free shuttle buses run regularly to the ski resorts at 1700 and 1650 meters. The bus stop is in the residence parking lot.


For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Grenoble train station 30 km away, then take the shuttle to Chamrousse or a cab.
- Nearest airport: Lyon airport 145 km

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Large private ski locker in the corridor 10m from the apartment entrance.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider).
