Extended stay hotel
Not typical VRBO. Extended stay hotel. Original room was dirty and furnished with the bare minimum. Stained couch, not a fully stocked kitchen. Had to purchase utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and dish detergent. This location should not be listed as a VRBO. This was not a Vacation Rental By Owner. I typically get a VRBO so we can buy food and cook it to save money and have more space to stretch out. I would have been better off booking a hotel room. So disappointed!

Great Stay
The property was very clean, however the air didn’t work but the property provided us with a portable air conditioner. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely will stay there again.

Not clean and room was damaged
Once we entered the unit the entire place had sticky floors and all furniture was filthy with either a sticky substance on the coach in the living room. You could not walk around this unit without socks or shoes on. The beds only come with a sheet, and no covers or comfort/Blanket.

Nice location
Check-in was a nightmare!! It took about an hour to get checked in. The tv in the common area did not function but thankfully the ones in the two bedrooms did. Once checked in the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was cleaned and the washer/dryer was a tremendous asset. If not for the check-in process the rating would be higher.. My family was impressed and would stay at this facility again.

I love the apartment but the stove was dirty and there was a leek in the vent in the master bedroom. I let the lady at the desk know and she was very nice and reassuring that maintenance would take care of it.The people above us make it hard to sleep with all the noise and thumping there kids were doing! Other than that everything was great!!

A quick getaway
The place was clean and the personnel were polite and friendly. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. Love the location. Its about 10 mins from Whitehall Mall and about 20 mins from Uptown Charlotte. I will say that when the housekeepers clean the rooms after checkout or before check-in they need to restock items in the units ex: soap for bathrooms, dishwasher liquid and dish detergent, and dish towels and cloths. I had go to the desk to get these items. Thankfully, the front personnel were very polite and helpful with providing what we needed. Also, there were three T.V.s in the unit with only two remotes and only one worked. It didn't bother us to much because we only used only one T.V... In closing we would comeback.

Convenient Condo
Nice condo right off I-77, making it very easy to get around. Building was well kept and having a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo gave us plenty of space.

This Weekend Was A Cluster!
We reserved our stay for Friday thru Sunday to visit our son for his birthday. The reservation was made well ahead of time. We drove 4 hours and arrive after midnight at the location only to be told there was no rooms available?! You've got to be kidding! I will say the location was very apologetic as well as vrbo about the situation, but those are crocodile tears as that doesn't put my in a bed for the night. They left me to find my own place for the night as the only resolution. Again, vrbo have me a credit voucher (only available AFTER I had to pay for the stay in full plus what i already paid them out of my pocket) but i still had to find a place on my own at the last minute. The resort did confirm i could stay with them Saturday night until Sunday with a late check out. The inconvenience of checking out then checking back in night after night is a pain to only be rewarded by "we'll cover you extra stay up to $275 for the additional cost of a stay out of pocket. This adventure has now made me very weary of using vrbo in conjunction with a multitenant housing location. BEWARE! Booking a house for a stay is much different.

Clean and comfortable
This property is essentially an extended stay hotel. It is clean and just as pictured. The front desk staff and management team are very friendly and were helpful when there was a bit of a snafu with my plans. This is a fine place to spend time when in Charlotte!

Unpleasant guests
Needed an extended place to stay waiting for a new house to get finished. Not the property's fault entirely, but many of the guests were loud...all night...and the smoke stench nearly unbearable at times (no-smoking policy totally ignored). Often bags of garbage were strewn around the doorways and thrown on the ground. Management seemed to care...up to a point. Oh well...our last time there for sure.

Very clean! Beds were comfortable! The kitchen is stoked but very simple. I couldn't find a cookie sheet but made it work. The location was great! Close to the Bank of America stadium and lots of food, grocery and entertainment close by!

Comfortable stay for a family reunion
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt was perfect for our family of 4 who were in Charlotte for a family reunion. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms large and clean, and the kitchen well-equipped for the very little cooking we did. Close to restaurants and easy on and off I77. Would definitely stay again.
