"Great house and great location. The house had a nice layout for a family of four. Close to the pool and had a great lawn between the houses that kids could play at. We were able to rent one of the marina slips for the week making it very convenient to get out on the water. Would highly recommend the location and would stay at this house again."

"Please change the foam that covers one of the beds in the second room, it is bigger than the base, it doesn’t make the sofa bigger, it makes it unsafe. Also secure the foam so it doesn’t move while you are sleeping. Besides this, it was the perfect place to stay. "

"Bathroom toilet broken. Nobody fixed despite numerous attempts leaving us with 1.5 bathroom for 11 people. Bed was broken and hazard for kids and never fixed. WiFi was terrible making watching tv or working near impossible. Worst part is that nobody from the property management company did anything other than telling us a ticket is open. Easy fixes and simply terrible follow up via phone and chat."

"The views of Lake Chelan from the house are something else and I would go back again just for that. If you love views, don't hesitate. The house had some thoughtful touches (record player, smart TV etc.) but was definitely lacking in some ways (dishwasher is old and ineffective, bedding/towels were barely sufficient, kitchen utensils and condiments were lacking e.g. no sugar or instant coffee). But these are all easily fixable and can be planned for ahead of time, just not fun to deal with in...

"For us, this property was a slight disaster. The driveway is horrendous and we could barely swing our truck in and squeeze down the narrow driveway. It said 2 parking spaces as well as additional but if you drive anything bigger then a Mini Cooper you have to park on the bank so the other neighbors can get around you. The other spot was not marked either. From there to get to the house it’s a flight of old wooden stairs which I barely let our kids walk down. Once you get to the house after all...
