"Loved the hotel and staff were great. My only gripe is after booking a non-refundable room, the hotel contacted to stay that we would have to pay a further £20 per person should we will to use the pool! I could understand if we wanted to treatments but surely guests should have access to the pool during certain hours if staying at the hotel! "

"Great hotel 10 min from Chester centre friendly staff, good spa nice pool and sauna had dinner and breakfast both really good. Family room ideal only gripe would be the check in was spot on 3 o’clock had to wait a bit, did not put us off 2 adults 2 grandchildren would recommend "
