In town for a funeral
Not your typical VRBO. Matthew was quick to respond to and address a couple of small issues. Modern interior though no real windows. Great mattress and sofa. I would stay here again if need ed.

Wonderful and spacious accommodations for our party of 4. The second bedroom is more of a den/office than a bedroom, having a futon but ok for 1 to sleep on. Sofa sleeper is firm and great. Host answered our text within minutes and offered excellent suggestions for delicious cajun food. Thanks!

Exactly what we were looking for
The house was perfect for our needs! We are just sorry we hadn’t known about this place before! We travel to Church Point to visit family multiple times per year and are so happy to have found such a nice place so close by. The house was perfect for ourselves and our three young children. It’s very quiet and tidy and the kids loved the chickens and ducks on the property. Everything was clean and functional and communication with Matthew was quick and productive. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable and cozy and he had a good selection of dvds and even had a few kid movies thrown in there as well. As stated at the beginning, we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice little upstairs apartment
It was a nice property however we got ate up by mosquitos in the house which were coming out of the bathroom drains from the tub and sink not to mention the kitchen sink, there were a few live roaches found in the bathroom each morning. The shower head is horrible it needs to be replaced, good water pressure but water goes everywhere. Also the size of the tv, we had to move the couch all the way up just to be able to watch the TV, looks like a 20in, pushing it to be a 32 in. For the price we paid there should be a bigger tv that could be put on the wall and couch moved so you can actually watch tv. We couldn't take the trash to the trash can outside the door after Friday morning due to it being moved and never being brought back the whole time we were there till Monday morning. Also there were windows but had to keep the blinds closed at all times due to being only able to see inside of a building. Couldn't get any outside light or see outside unless you walked out the door. Won't stay there again, thought it would be better than a hotel.

Needed a good sweeping
There was dog hair all over the floor didn’t feel fresh cleaned for us. The linens and everything was clean just the floor was hairy. There wasn’t anywhere to put full trash bags.

Quiet and Comfy
We got in late and checking was easy. We found the place a comfortable temperature and very clean. The bedroom was so dark our bodies didn’t want to wake up…. Darn clocks! We slept really well in an ideal sleeping environment. Shower was refreshing and towels were soft and absorbent. We both commented that this would be a good place to stay again if we’re in the area. Peaceful. Quiet. Comfy!

This place was super cute. There was enough room for everyone. They do need to store some extra blankets. Other then that we were fine. We had our own blankets. The place had everything we needed. First time there was hard to find because it's behind the main house. We did stay here again on our way back home. 2nd time was in the dark and it took a few mins to find but once we did we were good. Maybe put some type of sign for the rental?
