Comfy little home
It's an extremely nice property. Everything about it was enjoyable. You can tell it's an older home, but so much work has been put into updating it and making it very modern. The bedrooms are very lalarge, bathroom space was nice as well.

Great stay with family
Accurate description. Property was clean and well supplied with everything needed. Our family enjoyed the hot tub after a trip skiiing and tubing at Perfect North. Would definitely recommend.

Charming House
Well appointed property located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful walk in shower. Linens and bed were super comfortable and clean. All utensils for making a meal were at our disposal. Would stay again.

Evolve Property
We were initially a little nervous after booking to find out the rental was a company. The Evolve website was easy to navigate and edit our stay as needed! The neighborhood was a safe and quiet section of the city and the host thought of all the accommodations to make the stay relaxing! Anything we forgot was stored easily accessible. Would recommend this stay to our family and friends!

The house was clean and nice, obviously it had been updated/remodeled at some point. Some of the outlets in the bedrooms upstairs did not work very well as the electric had been redone at some point, but the things needed toggled at times to actually turn on in the socket. Only two bath towels were left out for us to use the whole week and there was no available laundry to wash them and reuse clean towels. As a note to the property owner there must be a wasp nest near the upstairs bathroom window as some wasps were getting into the house, even with the window closed. You may want to investigate this. We killed 3 wasps the week we stayed there. Otherwise overall it was a nice place, convenient to get around town, the neighbors seem friendly, I would consider staying there again.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the property! I have never stayed in a hotel that clean! Beds and couch were cozy, had everything we could need. Only thing I may add would be some USB outlets near the couch and beds for charging things but still a 5 star rating! Some of the surrounding homes looked a little run down but we felt very safe with our 3 kids there. Highly recommend!!

Cute Place
The bed is SUPER comfy and the couch is cozy as well. The coffee pods, basket of toiletries, soap in the shower, and games were a nice touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and the property was clean. Although, due to the location of this property, it did not feel as private as we initially thought it was going to be- we would have liked a curtain or blind in the kitchen, as the neighbors are so close. And lastly, we were a bit disappointed that there was no propane tank for the grill. Overall, we truly did enjoy our stay and enjoyed the hospitality.

Great New Years stay!
We had an absolutely great stay over New Years! We went to go and visit The ARK and then spend sometime downtown over the holiday. They had everything you needed to cook and even included small things you may have forgot for the bathroom. The hot tub was the highlight of the stay! Wonderful time! Never needed to contact management, everything was great! Thank you for everything! Only improvement may be adding a dryer to the house for the towels from the hot tub but it looks like you may be adding that in the future.

Family Weekend

Absolutely wonderful!
The cozy cottage is absolutely amazing! We came for the weekend to see the zoo and aquarium. This home exceeded all our expectations. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and has everything you could need plus more. The beds are so comfortable. The back deck area is very inviting and such a fun spot to hang out in the evening with the patio table and hot tub. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. We will for sure come back and stay again!!

Comfy Beds
We enjoyed our stay at this new listing. We were in town for a concert and we were pleasantly surprised with the comfortable beds! Two things that could be worked on is maybe using an ozonator a few times to get rid of a lingering smoke smell despite it being a non smoking property. It was most notable on the first floor and we only slept at the house so no big deal. The hot tub was cloudy and not balanced so we didn’t use it. Had an issue with no hot water on our first night but they came within 10 min to fix it. Would stay again if in the area.

Professionally executed rental. Cozy Cottage excellence!
This property is well done and ready for many happy clients. We enjoyed everything about the place. The neighborhood may be considered up and coming but we always felt safe and were able to find restaurants and get to a from events and attractions easily. I can't write here about everything they did to make the Cozy Cottage perfect, but I think there will be many more rave reviews to come and others will find this place a great fit for their needs.
