My car was vandalized by someone that lived in the building because we parked in the wrong spot. Then broke into our vehicle to steal the garage key fob so we can get our vehicle towed from the area. But the actual room itself was nice. Besides the other residents.

Almost perfect!
If the Keurig worked and the dishes in the dishwasher weren’t moldy, the place could have been perfect for us. Clean otherwise, but very scarcely furnished and the kitchen could be better equipped. if you just need a place to sleep and shower, it’s awesome! Fantastic location!

Good location, bad parking situation
Apartment was fine, as described. Cleaners cut corners- had water in the soap dispenser. Parking was supposed to be included but passes werent left for us. Host is going to reimburse for parking. Parking was supposed to be included but passes werent left for us. Since we didnt have the pass, night of my wedding had to find parking downtown as we were locked out of garage.

Convenient Location
Short 3 blk walk to Progressive Field and Rocket Mort. field house. Short 15 min walk to Rock and Roll HOF. Same as Browns Stadium. Good bar with good food directly across the street, I noticed one other person made comments about the homeless across the street. They did not bother any of us at all. In fact they were all over downtown, so unavoidable. I would have no problem staying here again.

Very convenient and all that we needed; bathrooms need a little attention
There are 3 devices and a code needed to get in if you have a car. The code to get in the 1st door so you can get access to the lock box that is hidden under the right banister to the left of the entrance (you must go up a few steps and look right at the landing, under the banister). Lockbox worked great. You need the white card to get entry and exit from the parking garage, that is a little walk outside to and from the entrance to the condos where you are staying. After Parking, take elevator down to 1 and walk outside parking garage to go in front door again. You can use the little key fob to get in to the 1st door this time instead of the code, as well as the 2nd door (the security mechanism to set fob on the right and next to the alarm system). Go up the 2 stairs and in that set up doors and proceed to the elevator, to head to 3rd floor. This is where you use the key to open the door. The door striker blare for the dead bolt was missing, so door had play in the door, so door wiggled but stayed locked. 1 bathroom had no body soap and the shampoo dispenser was disconnected but I was able to unscrew the cap and reconnect it. Also, the sink in the 1st bathroom doesn’t drain well. The handle on the faucet on the hall bathroom wasn’t working right and needs adjusting. You had to push it down. My “white noise“ app came in very handy to overcome the downtown noises. All in all, we would stay here again.

Cleveland stay
When we 1st arrived, we had issues with parking pass at the parking garage, but the owner took care of that. Just so other people are aware the parking garage is not connected to the building so once you park go back out to main street and walk down to the apartment. There is only 1 chair in the kitchen(even though the picture shows 2 chairs) so if you have a bigger family this may be an issue. The bed in the 2nd bedroom broke the first night we were there and never got a response back from the owner regarding this. My son ended up sleeping on the tiny loveseat in the front room the 4 night we stayed there. This location is walking distance to the Guardians stadium which is really nice and also walking distance to bars and some restaurants. I wouldn't trust walking around after dark though as there are a lot of homeless people that stay outside this building. There is a lot of street noise at night and every night you can hear the homeless people screaming or fighting....

Great location, needs kitchen amenities
Amazing location, right in the heart of Cleveland’s bustling downtown and less than five minutes from Progressive Field. If you’re a light sleeper, might not be right location for you, but I survived with ear plugs and an eye mask. (There is a bar open til 2 am across the street and the street noise is quite loud) The layout is really cool as it’s in the end unit of a flatiron style building so you have views on three sides. Parking situation is perfect - you have access to a garage right next door. The only thing it’s lacking is decent amenities in the kitchen. There were no sharp knives, only one butter knife, and it would be handy if some Keurig cups were provided for the coffee maker. There’s no drip coffee maker so we had to run out and grab some Keurigs. Not a big deal but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. More plates, bowls, and cups as well, especially given the apartment is advertised as being suitable for four adults. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Great location, but needs improvement
I will start off by saying this location was great, and close to everything we wanted to and see. That being said, the apartment overlooks a small "Park" which is just a large sidewalk with extra trees and benches. With those benches comes many homeless people. We didn't have trouble with any of them when walking to and from the apartment, so it was fine. Each bed comes with two pillows only. Very flat pillows. There were a couple extra in a closet, but no extra pillow cases, blankets, or sheets. When we arrived, 2 of the 3 soaps were empty. There were also no additional garbage bags, other than the one in the garbage. I messaged the host, and when we arrived to the apartment later, there was about 2 or 3 garbage bags and a bottle of soap sitting outside our door. Keep in mind, I never received any responses from the host. One of the beds is falling apart. We screwed the legs on tighter, but that didn't help much. The head board basically came apart from the rest of the bed, and the head of the mattress fell to the floor. We were able to get it somewhat back together, but just overall poor quality. There are only about 2 or 3 spoons, so hopefully you won't need a 4th. The small table in the kitchen shows 2 chairs in the listing. There is currently one chair only. It would be nice to have barstools at the counter, as I had to eat my breakfast at the coffee table, while my friend sat at the table in the kitchen. This place could be much better with simple improvements.

This unit has a lot of character is very convenient and was clean. It met all of our needs. More details on checkout and unit specifications would be appreciated, but host was very quick to respond to any inquiries.

Great location
This apartment is in a great location in the theater district and very close to Progressive Field and bars and restaurants. The apartment is quite large, long and narrow and unique. It has a full kitchen but only plastic plates/bowls and not a lot of silverware. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable.

Great place to stay!
This property was absolutely amazing. Great location, walking distance to progressive field and The Jack and numerous bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
