3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Camelot condo at Peek 'n Peak resort. Great for family and/or friend getaway any time of the year. This 2nd floor unit (Please take note there is a staircase up to our condo unit) is right next to ski lift #8 and just a hop, skip and a jump to the Sugar Shack, Sports Bar, and the Main Lodge!

Living Space:
1st floor: Features a fully loaded and extended kitchen with more counter space, living room w/ a cozy gas fireplace, master suite w/ King bed and private full bath, a 2nd full bath in the entryway , washer/dryer, and access to the private patio. You can find a private storage unit outside the main front door for your skis/snowboards.

2nd floor: Bedroom #2 located in open loft with 2 Full beds. Bedroom #3 King bed and full bath with standing shower.

Heating and A/C
In the winter seasons, this unit is heated with a gas fireplace (controlled by a thermostat), and electric wall heating units. In the summer, it is equipped with multiple A/C units.


Winter Season:
During ski season, enjoy 27 groomed slopes and trails with 8 chairlifts. Snow tubing and cross country skiing are also available. Other activities include ice fishing at nearby Findley Lake.

Spring, Summer and Fall:
- Enjoy a championship golf course
- Steps away from the Aerial Adventure park with ziplining, and Segway guided tours through acres of scenic trails.
- Other activities can include visiting surrounding areas: Lake Chautauqua, Findlay Lake, Erie, PA (Lake Erie beaches), Waldameer Amusement Park, Splash Lagoon indoor waterpark, hiking trails and more.
- Live bands on the weekends at Bistro 210 and The Gazebo (outdoors)

Looking for a quieter experience?
- Start your morning with your cup of coffee or your favorite book on your private patio
- Take a walk across the street on the former lower golf course trail
- Check out the Spa, hot tub, or sauna at the Main Lodge (extra costs/fees apply)
- Shop local shops at Findlay Lake for unique finds (Candle Shop, Toast, Secret Cubby)
- Take a ski lift ride up/down the hill right next door and soak in the aerial view of the rolling landscape

Peek 'n Peak Resort Amenities:
Condo is a quick walk to the main lodge where you will find the Indoor/Outdoor communal pools with an Indoor/Outdoor hot tub. Other amenities include outdoor water slide, sauna, tennis courts, indoor basketball court, fitness center, Spa, miniature golf, and more. **Extra fees associated with all of these**. Check the resort website for prices and more information. The Peek charges us (homeowners) and our guests $15 (adult) $10 (children under 11) Sunday - Thursday & $25 (adult) $12 (children under 11) Friday - Saturday to use their pool facilities.

Kitchen also includes coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, kids plates/cups (set of 4), pots/pans, cooking utensils, ice maker, wine/bottle openers (isn't this what you always want to know!).

Outdoor pavilion area with green space for yard games, picnic tables, charcoal grill (need bring your own charcoal) and fire pit area (firewood provided behind shed).Please note the indoor pavilion area is for homeowners only and is unfortunately not accessible to guests.

Outdoor/yard games available at the condo. Kan Jam, Washer game set, Spikeball. We also have a beach bag that includes some pool toys and a small portable speaker.

Excellent condo and location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo for a long ski weekend. The property was clean and perfect for our two families to stay at and enjoy Peek’n Peak. The host was responsive when we had a question during our stay. We definitely recommend this property!

Our visit was good, except we couldn’t shower the whole time we were there, couldn’t use dishwasher. Water pressure low because of a water pipe break. Main lodge still made us pay to use pool. Garbage disposal didn’t work, & no garbage bags!

Great property right by the ski lift!

This condo unit is spacious, well appointed, and the location could not be better. It is literally a 2-minute walk to the No. 8 lift and to the Sugar Shack and sports bar for meals or apres ski. The hosts are friendly, quick to communicate and easy to work with, you can tell they care about the guest experience. We had friends stay in some of the other condo units, everyone agreed that this one is the best by far. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

We had such a great time at this property. We had 7 adults. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is fantastic. We loved being near the slopes and the Sugar Shack which we love. This is a 2nd floor condo so the only slight negative is that you have to climb outside steps up the condo in your ski boots. Great experience.

Everything is as pictured! Newly remodeled kitchen and baths. New flooring. Beautiful condo with amazing location. Cozy weekend straight from a Hallmark movie! Huge snowflakes falling while sitting by the fire. Perfect for a family to decompress, reset and make memories! Communication was superb. Will definitely return!

Amazing Fall Weekend at 4428 Camelot

My wife and I headed up to Erie as first timers over the weekend and opted to stay at Peak n Peak for their fall festival. We absolutely loved the location of 4428 Camelot for the fall festivities and it was only a 20-30 minute drive to some of our dinner reservations in Erie. The owners were very quick to reply to any messages and were super helpful with recommendations! The condo was very cozy and we felt right at home! We definitely loved the property and will be staying again next time we are at Peak n Peak!

Peaceful Getaway

Our family enjoyed the condo. We enjoyed some of the activities at the resort. Steve at the Peek' N Putt was very nice and helpful. We traveled to Jamestown to the Lucy and Desi Museum and to Lake Erie. The area was quiet and peaceful for a nice family getaway.

wonderful place

The host was wonderful, we needed to make a last minute change to our booking and they were very accommodating. Very quiet area. We were expecting to be in a city area and this was well away from all of that. We drove around and saw MANY MANY deer. We found a wonderful park for the kids to play and lots of places to eat that were not chains.
