Hemos tomado una foto de los pasos para que pueda verlos (con el aterrizaje a mitad de camino), por favor verlos en las imágenes de arriba. Unidad # 15 está en el segundo piso de un edificio de apartamentos sin ascensor. Si está en buena forma y puede subir y bajar escalones CORRECTAMENTE para acceder a un condominio, ¡no tendrá problemas y le ENCANTARÁ su estadía en la unidad # 15! Everything was great! Tbh i found 1 little bug in a drawer, but its literally a few ft from the beach and BIG water LOL by no means infested, the unit was very clean, comfy, quiet and safe. Ill be staying here again count on it.

On the beach
I am so glad we found this place to stay. Clean with extras such as beach towels and beach chairs, and it was as close to the beach as we could find. There were phone numbers listed in case we needed anything. For my next visit to Cocoa Beach i will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!
Very good beach access on the North side of Cocoa Beach away from the "party crowds", but close enough to walk if you want that. Very clean, unit, roomy rooms, equipped kitchen. Was everything my 2 teen boys and I needed.

Excellent location and features
Very nice, updated condo with beachfront access. Within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots. Even more within a few minutes drive, including a major grocery store. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. The description states you must provide your own toilet paper, but there was plenty already there (maybe previous renters?). There is a reasonable supply of spices for cooking, most likely left by previous renters. Appliances were in good shape, but it could use more kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, etc) and the knives were very dull. Note: no dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms with excellent beds, although a lot of closet space was consumed by beach chairs, extra blankets, etc. Our only other negative was that the instructions for using the entertainment center were out of date, so we needed assistance to make things work. However, assistance was given quickly, so no big issue. We're pretty easy going, so no real deal-breakers for us. Loved the convenience, quiet neighborhood, beach access, and meeting so many nice folks in Cocoa Beach!

The closeness of the beach to our condo made it feel like we had our own private beach we shared w a few other ppl. The hospitality you guys showed was amazing. I was hooked when I looked in the closet and saw so many beach supplies we thought we'd have to buy and leave behind! We can't wait to return!!!

Richard Arms is an older, converted motel right on the beach. All the condo owners take great care of the property. This condo is a wonderfully renovated unit that is cute, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay at the beach. We loved the accommodations and decorations. You may even get to see a SpaceX launch - from your beach chair!

Just perfect
Ive stayed in many rentals all over and this one was my favorite! Adorably decorated with two extremely comfortable king beds which are hard to come by. The couch was also very comfy. The shower was awesome. Everything was awesome. The people in the complex were very friendly. The beach brought tears to my eyes. I recently lost my best friend/Mother and this was the getaway I needed. The beach is stunning and just the right amount of people to feel at peace but not totally alone. The crowd is older. No obnoxious partying or drinking which I appreciated. The owners were very nice. I have absolutely no complaints other than I live in Ohio. Lol. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Late August - great stay
Unit 15 is 2nd floor from which you can see a bit of ocean from kitchen window. Ramp to dunes does have 4 steps each side. Bea h is beautiful, not crowded for out 8/24-29 stay. We saw a few sea shells as tide went out. Mullet were running, so lots of pelicans, seagulls and tarpon. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. There are books, games and lots of beach toys, chairs, towels. Found everything we needed and left some ziploc bags for next guest. Parking lot was re-paved during our stay.

It was just as it looked in the photos and was really well stocked. One of our smoother vacations with private access to the beach and shower at gate coming back in. If i have one thing to fix it would be the front door sticks a bit but dose close and lock with no problem

Cozy Condo By The Beach
This was a great place to stay. It was everything we needed for a week at the beach. I love the quiet neighborhood this condo is located in. It’s a quick drive to the pier and shops on Cocoa Beach, as well as great places to eat in Cape Canaveral. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect beach vacation
Perfect location. Steps from the beach. Included all the amenities we needed. The pier was a nice place to walk to along the beach. The beds are huge and slept comfortably. We would love to stay here again.
