This spacious cottage is ideal for families, small groups of friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday year-round.

Ash Tree Cottage boasts a modern, light and airy open-plan living environment and has everything you could be looking for a break by the coast. The main living area comprises of a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area as well a conservatory in which to relax with a book and while away a quiet, sunny moment. The sitting room has a Smart television and plenty of comfortable seating for a family film if a night in is the order of the day. On the first floor the master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom two also has a king-size bed, whilst the third bedroom has 3' twin beds - these bedrooms share a further spacious shower room. There is an enclosed, sunny garden, ideal for dogs and children to play safely under the watchful eye of relaxing grown-ups and for the warmer evenings, a barbecue is provided. Parking for at least two cars on the driveway ensures easy unpacking after a day's sightseeing - only if you can tear yourself away from the easy amenities around you!

As well as being the ideal hunker-down, leave-the-car kind of hideaway, Ash Tree Cottage is in a great location to explore all that North Norfolk has to offer in that you are just a short drive or bus ride away from the traditional and unspoilt seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer, both of which have Blue Flag stunning beaches and year-round entertainment and fabulous independent eateries.
