The perfect choice for a getaway with family or friends. The single-story interior showcases amazing ocean views throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A private gas grill and a firepit let you host your own beachfront barbecues. Boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, and towels are also provided for use during your stay. The home's ideal location in the heart of Daytona Shores puts you within easy reach of community parks, ice cream shops, mini-golf, and fabulous dining options. The Daytona Pier is less than four miles from your front door.

When you're not making the most of the home's unbeatable beachfront location, you can enjoy entertainment inside with highlights including a private pool table and a smart TV. The full kitchen includes all the major appliances, cutlery, and utensils you'll need for home cooking. A dishwasher is equipped to take care of the cleanup. Thoughtful family amenities include children's games, a Pack-N-Play, and a crib. Free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home has just started the process of building a pool for future guests, we do not know how long the construction will last, there may be some noise during the week 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
