"That was our second stay in this hotel. The 2-bed apartment was amazing and it had fantastic views. The hotel is located near the beach. The restaurant was fine. The covered car park is quite narrow, a bit messy (they use it as a storage too) and rather dear. The staff is helpful and understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"This place has potential but it needs refurbishment to improve its facilities. The toilet is in the shower. Shower water fills the bathroom floor, as there is no cubical. There is no hair dryer, and no air condition in the bedroom. There was one air condition in the adjacent living room. The matress was hard and old. No selection for breakfast, take it or leave it. Restaurant menu selection is very poor. There is one shuttle bus to go to the beach and back. Bar is there but...

"La estancia en Sofía ha sido muy buena en general. Si hablamos del hotel, destaco la limpieza y las instalaciones, pero el trato del personal de recepción y del buffet para desayunar es muy mejorable. Nos hablaban con cierto desprecio y no nos gustó nada a ninguno de los 10 amigos que nos alojamos allí. Recomiendo no contratar con ellos el transfer del aeropuerto al hotel. Una furgoneta sucísima, antiquísima con mal olor y a 80€ cuando en taxi la vuelta fueron 50€ las 10 personas (3 taxi)."
