"Our stay at this Hilton was very pleasant. All the hotel staffs that we had contacts with all speak English, until many hotels that we have stayed in Japan for the past two months. "Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter."

"閑散期や繁忙期に備えている部屋づくり（2段ベット使用の最大4人部屋）は今回、有意義に宿泊出来て良かった。夕食は同じ敷地内？「味の時計台」ラーメンを食べて北海道らしさを堪能。その後、同じ敷地内？マックスバリュで翌朝食を買い込んだ。サウナ無しも大浴場があり深夜早朝も可能。2名素泊まり1万円代前半宿泊でしたのでぜひ次回も利用したいです。"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Chalet Ivy. The room was a good size and the drying cupboards were very welcome as they helped to dry out ski jackets etc. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of choices. Staff were helpful and polite. The ski concierge and hire service was also very useful. Prices for ski hire were competitive except for helmets which were a lot cheaper to hire elsewhere eg Rhythm"

"Hotel is new, rooms are quite big, we had nice relaxing time in this hotel. Breakfast is also yummy. I recommend it without hesitation if you go through the area."

"Very nice hotel with great staff that helped us book a reservation at a restaurant in a nearby town. The room was very large and very clean. I would have given 5/5 stars; however, the dinner buffet was not the best, given the expensive price."

"From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve."

"An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. Shout out to the front desk team who answered all questions and helped us book a car at the last minute when uber flaked."

"Good experiences on multiple visits here. Breakfast is decent, and there are good dining options and a 7-11 within walking distnace. It can be a little tough to get to the Niseko United slopes (shuttle can be unreliable), but I'm visiting to ski tour; so that doesn't really matter for my purposes."
