"Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the bay. Well thought out with all amenities. Spa needed updating in some areas - air filter in shower in spa covered in dust, hairs on the floor, grouting dirty in places. Spa facilities good, pool and jacuzzi good temperature. All in all a good stay."

"We had a really good stay. Very clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, food good and the facilities (even though we didn't get time to use them) were great. Parking was a bonus. The location and the view from dining room and event room were fabulous. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"My wife's birthday treat so we could eat at Cote and relax with pool and jacuzzi. On arrival informed pool was out of action but might be back on later. In the room was a birthday card and chocs from the hotel and 2 free drinks at the bar. After a nice evening at Cote we settled down but noticed just a coffee machine on show. It was 5 am and no reply from room service or the desk. So we had to drink pink wine.. 8.30 dressed and visited the desk. Told the Pool was back on and that tea and milk...

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. "The staff at the hotel were very helpful and mothing was to much trouble. The receptionist even guided us in person to the pick up point for our taxi. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is right in the middle of the shops and is a sones throw away fron the christmas market. I thought the bar prices were high two large wines were £26 "

"El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada dentro de Exeter, a 5min andando tanto del centro como del muelle ("quay"). El edificio, un antiguo hospital, es realmente bonito por fuera y muy cuidado por dentro. El personal muy agradable, y el desayuno increíble, con servicio de cocina aparte del buffet. Como pega, el tamaño de las habitaciones "individuales", verdaderamente pequeñas, aunque acogedoras."

"We are a couple from north Somerset wanting a relaxing weekend and thats what we definitely got! From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing. We booked breakfast also on the sunday very easy and relaxed and loada to choose from the full English was amazing! We will definitely be back next year, big thank...
