"Very nice and welcoming staff in all areas. Good food. There is a nice looking pool, but I never used it. Fair internet connection for Ethiopia. Price - value is correct. The garden is very nice. You can observe monheys and many types of birds. There is access to the lake shore walk way, which is quite nice. They offer nice boat tours in the lake. "Excellent and friendly service from my birding guide, who took me on a comprehensive walk around the property to spot many birds. Bear in mind that this property is quite remote, so power is very limited and it takes a long time to get there (long dirt road from the highway). I wasn't impressed that the rubbish bin in the bathroom of my room had not been emptied, so cleanliness could definitely be improved. Be aware that there are many bugs, as the hut-style rooms are right next to the lake."

The phone number does not exist. 5 of us booked 5 rooms individually and paid through hotels.com. When we arrived at 6pm they had no rooms for any of us. Still unclear as to the real reason why this occurred as they had a printed email with my booking details on it.
